body basic whey protein at vitamin world. $20 for 20 servings. 90 Cal, 21G Protein ,0 carb. I mix it in with just about anything. If you want lean gains without the flub this is a great source.
Whats the sugar content like brother?
americanpurewhey.com is where i buy my protein supplement. a friend of mine and i buy 100lbs at a time and they give us a small discount. it costs $290 for 50lbs as advertised
Thanks guys for the help

56too300.00 for 25#? Man thats way too much
If you saw the volume you wouldn't think so.
The sugars, flavorings, and other additives used by manufactures of protein drinks "cut" the whey. And those additives weigh a lot. So your 10lbs is NOT 10 lbs of whey.
Promasil has 90 cal i believe; in one serving of course.
sgtstedankoI read good things on soy protein isolate@90%pure... Might be something to look into, brother : )
tfsupplements.com for me. Their sales are unreal. I think the shipping is relatively cheap too.
ive been using a protein new to me called "promosil" sounds like an old person lotion or something but i happen to enjoy it. Just finishing up my trial run of it and have no complaints
Yeah but whats actually a cheaper brand that is just as good as gold standard ... or nearly.. the only cheaper stuff i see has shit loads of cholesterol =[[
56tooI use supp warehouse too but ur right the shipping is crazy, although u r ordering stuff that weighs quite a bit
