RED SWOLLEN QUAD HELP
SO GUYS I STARTED ON MY CYCLE 2 DAYS AGO. so my cycle started on thursday and i did 750mg front load of test e with 250mg respectively into left quad right quad and glute. i also did a tren ace 50mg shot into another portion of my left quad. so anyway right now it has been 48 hours since my frontload of 750mg test and im having really bad pip on my quads and slight pip on my ass. the right quad is starting to feel slightly better but what worries me is that my left quad is swelling and its red as well. basically its red swollen and WARM. from all that ive researched online this points to it being an infection!!! but i used the SAME test e for all 3 shots but only this site (left quad) is swelling up!! i also used new syringes and new needles and new alcohol swabs as well for each shot! ive been using a 23G needle. should i be worried with this swelling like should i see a doctor or let it be cuz im worried that it might be an abscess. Any input guys thanks!!

Virgin muscle I'd say but keep a eye on it,I would ask if you went deep enough but I know nothing about jabbing the quads.Glute's and delt's are all I've ever done,I don't even need to try and twist to see my glute shot's.Line it up in a mirror and go for it,quad's I'm scared to try and tbh I don't need to.If it does develop into absess like the comment below do not try to diy,you can get that stuff straight into your blood stream by doing that and you will have prob's then...

The same ting happened to me in my glute. I went to the doctor and found out it was NOT infected but I had an allergic reaction because I pulled to soon. He told me to take some Benadryl, and it cleared up in 2 days.
Too early for abcess or infection diagnosis just yet....if the quad that is swollen is the one you shot 750mg. into, then I'm not surprised it's swollen. It sounds like you havent' done much injecting in the past.
Here's what I want you to do:: Ice the area for about 20 min. since it's been 48 hours. Follow that with a heating pad for about 45 minutes. As soon as you take the heat off, rub the area gently and lightly massage it. Massage it as vigorously as the pain will allow you. Repeat this often as you can throughout the day..at least 4 times. If you have to work or are busy, do it at least twice for 20 min.
The heat will help thin the oil so it will disperse. The ice will thicken it, so stay from ice except fot the first time...you need to get any peripheral swelling down first. Also, frequenly work you quad through range of motion after the message.

Your quad will break in after a few injections.... I get 9 a week, and I don't even feel the needle anymore....except for when I inject straight into the testicles.....I'm kidding--DON'T do that.
If for some reason it gets worse in the next 48 hours, then go see the doc.
AnonTO add to this, heat is what you want but you want moist heat. Warm compresses. Wet a washcloth with water, stick it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds and get to the point where you can set it on the area without burning yourself.

Yeah dude...you just simply have virgin beef. Once you break them in, you'll be fine. Don't be afraid to go back to the same spot once it's down. It's important to break them in.
And always rub the are right after an injection.
