How to Increase reps of weight?

What I usually do when I bench for chest day is

Warm Up: Bar for 15 reps
First Set: 135 for 10 reps
Second Set: 225 for 10 reps
Third Set: 240 for 10 reps
Fourth Set: 275 for 10 reps
Fifth Set: 315 for 3-4 reps
Sixth Set: 225 10 reps

  • What do you usually do on the days you max out for bench? And I want to increase my reps for 315, and I always get tired on my fifth set (315) so I can only do 3-4 reps, what do you recommend for which set should I rep 315 at? YES I OVER TRAIN, AND I LOVE IT

P.S Form > Weight, I was a former cross fitter so i care more about the reps.

Bar for 15 that's a joke bro. Wasting too much energy on light weight in my opinion on your first couple sets. Do some light cardio and stretch then a couple sets of push ups then wait a min or 2 get some water and then start with like 185 or 225 or somewhere around there and do one maybe two at that weight then jump up to 275 then 315
