Is taking PreWorkouts while on Winstrol safe?

I am cutting now, and I am on Winstrol, and is taking Hemorage or other PreWorkouts safe while on it?

Just do not take anything with creatine. Creatine make you hold water hens this will diminish the effects of winstrol.
