I guess bro, my package has been at "origin post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece" for the past 3 weeks.
So I got a TN number.. Does anyone know how long it will take until it becomes active? And I check it on the USPS website, right? After reading a lot of these comments, I'm getting worried. Placed the order 6/24, but I move 8/19... Should I be freaking out?
You have to request it after 15 or 20 days can't remember. I submitted 3 tickets and talked to live support and finally got it 3.5 weeks after it was supposedly shipped. Took 4 weeks for 1 and 5 for #2. good luck and be persistent. Cheers!
I have ordered from naps before, and they do stand by there word and do deliver the goods! The major problems that they have is time! They are slooooowwwwww! It took me 40+ days to receive vials! But heres the good news, when I ordered just orals the package came verrrrryy fast! I mean like a weak or two fast! So if you are willing to wait on your injectables and are in no rush because you are trying to save some dough, go with naps! They will make good! It just takes time! Sorry for you all waiting so long, but i can assure you I was in the same place a while back and I was freaking out but it all came in good! Laters

Well, as promised I will review my Naps experience. I ordered mid-June and got my package yesterday. They provided a tracking number that worked at day 15, and always answered my tickets within 12 hours. I just picked up my package and everything I ordered was there...Just checked all products on GP's site, and all came back authentic. It was my first time ordering and I was hesitant after reading all of these reviews, but I wil order again, and maybe the shipping situation is revamped since it took a little less than a month from order to my door.
Placed my order on June 1, 2011. First they said it was shipped on June 6, then they finally sent tracking showing it was actually shipped on June 22. The tracking is still showing it is at KYIV DOPP TSEKH №2 TRANZ SEKTOR, the postcode 03920. It is now July 14. What the hell is going on? Looks like $1200 is now gone!
God awful ..I'm a first time customer always have dealt with other sources and got my gear in 10-11 days .This is the first site in my whole bodybuilding life I've had problems with. I'm on week 5 haven't seen anything, like all you guys "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment".
LIARS! Last week I submitted a ticket regarding my missing order to which they responded "wait another week and we will reship." Today marked one week, so I emailed them informing them that I had not received my package and the tracking number still wasn't showing up. Naps response...."wait another week, these are arriving daily." Way to keep your word Naps! It's been 42 days since my order shipped. You had a chance to make it right and you failed. I don't get it either. You don't need to scam people. Provide a good product at a fair price and timely shipping and you could make plenty of money as I'm sure you'd have some very loyal customers

Sucks that people are receiving their order in 4 weeks and they ordered after my ship date. Seems like the priority should be getting the late orders in first. Hopefully I get my package soon.
