blackmktpicked the the money same day i sent it, now waiting for a shipping conformation for 6 days and nothing, you guys had you shit shipped, my gear has even been shipped. im starting to think, he picks up the $ than looks for the gear. even if naps goes down as a scam (hopefully no) he'll open up another site. I feel bad for some of the guys here, ordered in feb and nothing, jesus. hopefully i get my stuff.
I have no problem with it as long is it makes it to me. USPS is not Naps' fault, but if they put the wrong address on the package that is their fault. I'm not jumping to any conclusions yet. I will see where this tracking number takes me.
someone here works for naps? becuase i really need my package. if I spent more tnat 3..$ i woul like to know hwere is my package/. or just to know how many weeks more it s gonna take .. 41 days and nathing./
as i said before i ordered a package in may, and it was shiped 5/19 and still have not received it, i asked customer service why i have not received it and they told me i gave them the wrong address and that they will not re ship it, i pulled up the address i have on file on the website and it is exactly the same with no spelling errors anything then my correct address i even matched it to multiple peices of mail and other packages i have recieved everything is 100% correct. i sent a message to naps customer service and no reply. NAPS IS QUICKLY BECOMING A SCAM SITE, they might have once been good but with so many other reliable sources THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO ORDER FROM NAPS. reading all the reviews here and my own experience NAPS IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND UNRELIEABLE. maybe naps rep will have another reason as to why there are so many bad reviews now. but in my opinion DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON NAPS WITH SO MANY OTHER FASTER MORE RELIABLE SOURCES AVAILABLE
I ordered mid-June and got a tracking number a few says ago. It says that my package went from NY to California. I live in the southeast. Why it would go from one side of the country to another I don't know. I am thinking Naps gave me a wrong tracking number or mislabeled my package. It has been stuck in California at the same facility for the last two days. I guess we will see what happens.
Do you usually have to sign for the package? Mine was sent registered mail and is now at the post office because I wasn't there to sign for it at the time of delivery. I'm a little nervous about picking it up. Paranoid about controlled delivery or something. Although my order was very small.

I have been a faithful customer of Naps for almost a year now. I have successfully ordered from them 3 times, however I have 2 packages that are "supposedly" on their way...Though I have yet to receive either of them.
The First package is at 6 weeks since "shipped" the second package is at 3 weeks since "shipped", and still nothing.
My tracking number for my first package states (on USPS.com) that the "origin post is preparing to dispact this article."
If there is a napsgear representative on this board, please help me in my situation.
I ordered May 31st 2011 and it shipped June 03 2011. I got a tracking number and when i put it in trac n trace i get this:
The item number ***************** (HIDING NUMBER) is in the process of postal handling. It was registered last on 22.06.2011 in postal facility KYIV DOPP TSEKH №2 TRANZ SEKTOR, the postcode 03920.
FROM ANYONES EXPERIENCE HOW MUCH LONGER WILL THIS TAKE ONCE IT IS AT THIS STAGE? UPSPS has no record of it. I am feeling that it did get shipped.
It is my first time ordering w napsgear and i can say the shipping is not 2 to 3 weeks and like many....I don't mind waiting 3 to 6 weeks (double the time) but i am going on week 6 and getting antsy. I cant get through on emails at all and i am comcast email. I do get through on their live line sometimes when its up and had no problems chatting, but i am getting concerned that it got seized or sitting somewhere at that post code.
I have ordered from naps a couple of times, never had a problem till recently. Placed my order 5/31/11 shipped 6/03/11 still have not gotten shipment. I opened tickets and have not gotten one response. It would be good customer service to at least respond with something. Looks like naps is loosing the good rep they spent so long building. It’s sad.
