....those guys are plain liars....they gave me the same TN (tracking number) for 2 different orders....they are probably making those numbers up.
....and obviously when I paste the TN into usps tracking box...I get :
"There is no record of this item."
Ok, I am going to start out by saying that I have NEVER had any problems with responses from Naps customer service. Their customer service has been very prompt on answering any tickets that I have opened. Hell, I pm'd the napsgear rep on here and had a reply within minutes. I will admit my order was lost in transit and I never got it, BUT, Naps immediately reshipped it with no questions asked. No other site would do that, most of them say there is no reship policy, so if it is lost or seized, you are screwed. To all of you bashing Naps nonstop, I believe you are fakes just trying to run this company in the dirt. I have several friends that have used Naps also and never had one bit of problems. Plan ahead and quit whining. I'd rather save sevearal hundred bucks and wait than get bent over just so I can have my gear a few weeks sooner. High quality gear, unbeatable prices, and great customer service. I will never use any other source besides naps.

With Naps, I have learned eight weeks is the standard turn around. The shipping counter means nothing! I have to say the prices and selection at Naps is fantastic. If you can plan far enough out Naps is the way to go. If your wanting to start a cycle within the month, not going to happen. Three of my buddy's, same thing eight weeks.
I bet there's some mailman in Ukraine jacked as fuk and about to quit his job because of all the coin he's making selling all naps gear at his local gym!!!!
Update: STILL haven't gotten my shit.7 weeks next week friday.actually kinda forgot i even ordered with them.was told if it doesn't show up by next week i'll be getting a reship....sigh looks like with naps you shouldn't get excited about the initial order but instead for the POSSIBLE reship? smh its embarassing for naps that their review section has turned into a "its been more than 6 weeks" thread. I actually remember when NAPS taking any longer than 5 weeks was rare.
i know everyone here are freaking out like me. but lets wait 2 more days . cuz the rep PM me saying that htey are reshipping on monday, so lets see......
