I'm happy across the board and would recommend both products.
I ordered about three months ago.
I had a very long wait until the order was shipped to me
16 days after I had paid my order they has been shipped.
About a week later I had it.

The support has always called me different reasons why the order was so late. At first it said everything is okay. Then it was claimed that the system is in trouble and then claimed the support I was too impatient, I would have to wait at least four weeks before I contact the support.
I once asked the support if they offer reship for Germany. And the support said yes. Another time I asked, they said no because Germany is a higher risk country.
Was very well packaged. After napsgear had sent it it was pretty fast.
On the whole, I must say napsgear is a great source . Especially for their diverse selection. the only thing I currently prevents them from continuing to order there is the fact that they do not ship from the EU and here in Germany customs controls very pronounced. I must speak of happiness that I got my order.
For people from the eu there are definitely safer sources

-1Placed my first order from Naps on 10/6/13. I received the product on 10/24/13. Delivery took around two weeks, which I expected from a foreign supplier.
The ordering process was smooth and simple. I placed my order and received detailed instructions on how to submit payment. I did a western union transfer and it was verified within 3 days.
My only compliant about the process, and one that Naps could not even really control, is the cost of transferring money and shipping. I had to pay nearly as much for shipping and transferring funds as I did for the actual product. Not really something they can do a lot about, so I don't hold it against them.
Overall, I rate them well. I received what I paid for, the product appears to be legit and working. Turnaround time was good considering a foreign source. I will be placing more orders with them.
Ordered GP Clen and Kitotifen.
With the exception of order statuses, there was no communication between ordering and delivering. Since this was my first order, I didn't know if I would receive update emails or anything, and it kind of had me worried.
The package arrived in a discrete envelope and no markings. Package was securely bundled and wrapped to avoid suspicion.

Naps saved my ass! I was prepping for a national level bodybuilding show and my coach changed my chemicals at the last minute. First order from naps. I ordered on the 19th of October after waiting about 4 days for my transaction to get through, but my package was sent back to where it came from after the postal service sent it to the wrong address in my country. This was due to napsgear writing my address wrong on the package - the postal service told me. The package was sent back to them 4 days ago.
Naps said they don't receive the packages that are sent back because of incorrect address - makes sense. And since my country is on the no-reship list, they won't reship even though THEY wrote my address wrong. It DID NOT get seized, it came through the customs easily, as 95% of all packages do.
I've ordered from several sites before and never had any problems. I was hoping naps could be my new supplier, but I can't recommend them to anyone after this incident. It really pisses me off that they won't reship. I paid $560 to my wallet for no f*cking thing. It was not my fault nor the postal service. It was napsgear who wrote my address wrong. Is this a fraud!?
I was really looking forward to trying them out. I've heard a lot about naps' gear from friends and was prepared for a legit cycle. Now that this happened, I'm extremely unsatisfied with their service in this unique incident.

Tried ordering from Napsgear for the first time my order was split in two(first hygetropin and second yellow tops). First half arrived so that was very quick delivery. Second half didn’t arrive and got seized in customs. Made a support contact and order wasnt reshipped , because they do not reship to my country !!! BUT ON napsgear website my country not in black list and before ordering I have asked in live chat, and they said yes if parcel seized they will RESHIP IT FREE!!!!
I'm very unsatisfied with these reshipping fraud.
I wanted order some more Hygetropin kits but with these policy I will not.

I decided to go with naps because of their choices and great product line. Their prices are pretty amazing too. The only downfall was that it would be shipped internationally but that was the gamble I was willing to take. T/A was okay for international shipment, made order on october 6th, funds picked up couple days, and couple more days shipped, received my package october 26th, not too bad.
So here's the kicker, A week or so after I got my package another package came in the mail and to my amazement it was another order of the previous. So i got my order x2. I don't know if this was a mishap or if NAPS is just that damn amazing to send my two orders for my wait. I thank you naps, I will be ordering again soon!!
