This review is for my order placed with NAPS about 4 months ago and I am writing this currently in my PCT at the end of my test cycle.

Communication was great, spot on with all questions answered and email's were prompt.
Packaging was great, not what I expected but in perfect condition, very discreet. T/A was about 6 business days which is better then I expected yet again.
Quality is superb and you cant go wrong with NAPS, very reputable and product selection and variety is there, they have EVERYTHING. Staff is on point and I really appreciate the accessibility and feel of the website as well as the promo's and contests they run. Thanks NAPS!!
First time trying naps and I am pretty happy I did. This supplier is very professional to deal with. First package had a broken vial in it. They responded to all my concerns and resent 2 new vials as soon as I sent a pic. The only thing I am not crazy about is having to sign for the package at the post office. Other than that, the process was smooth and easy.

Naps was a great first online experience for me. I do plan on making future transactions with them. One other thing, always double check the info the clerk at WU enters. It's a pain in the ass if you do not catch a mistake right away.

Although I don't get the reply to my comments on my orders. They always accommodate my requests.
Very fast with initial email and as long as I pay attention to their time zone before sending payment, they always process within 1 day.
Tight package, very well cared for and always gets through just fine.
I'm always amazed at how well and small they pack so much product.

I'm not super active on here since I pretty much just stick with Naps. I was shocked when I logged on recently to see all the negative reviews. I thought I would post my review.

Naps Customer support isn't just good for gear, it's probably the best customer support I have received for any product. This order was particularly challenging for me because I was having issues with my bank, nothing to do with Naps. Their customer support was extremely patient with me even though I was bothering them every night for awhile there and helped me resolve the issue which again was my fault not theirs.
The packaging was discreet, which is important considering where I live. The contents were packed together, only one box which was nice. Also they do a good job packing everything so there is no chance of anything getting broken
As I said earlier I have ordered from naps on multiple occasions and have always been extremely happy with the results.
Used this site many times fast discreet service never any issues love there products and sales! Always help you if its needed

The Test C I ordered from naps was on sale for 21.5 so I bought 3x. Unfortunately I didn't feel a thing running 500mg/week as to strength, size, energy, or mood. No side effects, besides feeling more lethargic than usual. It was such a disappointment and waste of money I had to write a review on it. I don't blame Naps, I blame Geneza Pharms for the gear.

-2ok i've been a steady and loyal customer of naps. Naps really dropped the ball on the last order i reieved gear without labels. 2 of the vials there was no way to tell which one was which except one had a blue cap and one had a white cap. and they sent me orals, 2 of which where unmarked and completely identical. then i tells naps about the issue and they bascially tell me to screw off after spending thousands in the past 2 months and leaving spotless reviews for him. well im done with that nonsense now. this was all because i had left a post on a forum about recieving underdosed (very underdosed if not fake) dbol from them. i even covered them by saying that naps replaced the gear. now they have completely turned their back on me and will do nothing for me. So PLEASE buyer beware, if u write anything slightly negative about naps they will screw you no matter how loyal you have been in the past. this all leads me to believe that most of napsgear reviews are garbage and cannot be trusted. also they bribe people with a 20 percent coupon to write good reviews. so obviously people want to save money. I found my past experience with naps completely insulting and disrespectful. i truly believe they do not value individual customers. i have never bashed naps before EVER. in the past i have dealt with extremely slow shipping times, and me and a number of my clients have suspected underdosed and/or bunk gear from them. I now feel guilty for not alerting fellow members. It is truly a shame that stuff like this has to happen. I honestly cannot recommend naps any longer. and i feel it is partly my responsibility to alert new members that napsgear reviews are hindered by bribes.

communication is good, until of course i found myself being let out to insulted by ridiculous accusations.
usually pretty fast. a few packages have taken near a month though.
I feel it was my duty to leave a real, unsensored review about naps that you guys can trust. naps does have good products but i have recieved gear many times that yielded less than good results many many times. this is the truth. i do not recommend naps anymore. please take your time to find a source that will value your business truly and that has decent gear. ordering from naps you will be constantly worried about whether or not the product is fake, real, or underdosed.
Naps is the awesome! Shipping takes a while but if you don't mind waiting the extra week or so the prices can't be beat imo! Definitely quality gear imo!

+ 1This is a long overdue review, but I had stocked up on some gear and am just now running it.
I am a couple weeks into a Test E/EQ cycle, and am running Geneza 200 EQ at 600/week along with Test E at 500/week.
I was using a vial of Test E from a different source and was having 3-day pip which because of my twice-a-week pinning was just about all the time.
I cut over to Naps' Jintani Test E 250 and no pip at all. Nada.
Already seeing increased strength and vascularity and both are smooth as silk.

a few of the tabs were broken but no big deal there, i just had to go looking for the pieces.

Most of the products have been Geneza however i have tried other labs and pharma grade products from them as well with great results. This order consisted of TNE and EQ from Geneza, Test E and Adex from Jintani labs, Gen-shi Clomid, GP Nolva and HCG. all these products worked like they were supposed to.

+ 3Really really disapointet, my package did never arrive so i contact naps support and told them that i were sure customs in censored had seized my package and sure sure , support tracked my package and it was stuck at customs i censored, but no problem support saids just wait another week and mayby customs will release it or else i should just get back with a new adress for reshipping and they will reship. so after a week i get back and said i had a new adress and the answer to that was "why are we reshipping" and i told the story again and next answer was "Hello Michael Please note we do not have reshipping policy to censored Thank you CS" SLAM in my face about 400 buck out the drain and no were does it say in writing that they dont reship to censored!!!! so customer care and support at NAPS are really really REALLY LOW !!!.
