Youre not alone. Ive been excessively kind andpatient. First package was awaiting item and i waited over a month saying nothing. Now its a reship because it was “seized” but how is a seizure possible when the carrier never picked up the package??? I feel same exact thing is happening and this reship will never arrive.
Can somebody please help me understand this will I still be able to make orders through naps for international I know it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get to me I'm getting ready to place another order here and I really want to understand this am I going to receive my order with this new thing in place as of October 22nd 2026?
With de minimis gone, a shipment of $800 or less needs a normal entry. Formal entry (19 U.S.C. 1484 and 1485) generally applies above $2,500. Informal entry (19 U.S.C. 1498) is available at $2,500 or less, but CBP can require formal entry for any goods when it needs to for admissibility or revenue.[1]
For non-postal shipments that used to claim de minimis, CBP names Entry Type 11 as the main informal entry, with formal entry still an option. Entry Type 11 carries far more data than release from manifest did.[1] Entry Type 86 may no longer be used.[6]
All duties apply. Former de minimis shipments pay all applicable duties, taxes, fees, exactions and charges.[5] CBP noted that Section 232, 201 and 301 duties went uncollected under the old exemption.[1]
Bond. Executive Order 14324 authorized CBP to require a basic importation and entry bond for informal entries of $2,500 or less.[5]
Who files. Entries go in through ACE by a party qualified to make entry: the importer of record or a licensed customs broker it designates.
Wow! This is information is pure gold. The minimum 800 dollar loophole ended July 2026. I am certain this is why many of us are having problems getting orders. International shippers must submit to a central database explaining with extreme detail whats inside the package! Shippers cant use vague descriptions anymore to have packs slide through undetected anymore! The database forces customs to inspect all packages with extreme detail then apply taxes and fees the RECEIVER must pay before its released!
Shipping success rate from this loophole closing makes it impossible unless this source pulls off a miracle!
I am waiting to see what Naps says. I am ready to order but not if its like this. I am scared to order & want reassurance before doing so its not looking so good to me as of now until then. These new laws are a serious game changer when ordering internationally or even with international sources that offers domestic because they cant even get the products into the US.
In the past packages were tax free and easy to get past customs. But now it will be much harder and next to impossible.
This is what youre up against if you order internationally:

Stricter Paperwork: Every item must have an exact 10-digit tariff code and clear country-of-origin tracking.
Longer Delays: Strict screening of every single package means slower processing times at the border.
I wont give you any call to action but i will say Id never put in my order if i knew these new rules existed.

I dont think this source ever expected this to happen. Its not this sources fault. But it does hammer their business. I knew my intuition was spot on. Thank you so much for posting otherwise id just think the source was reverse scamming me.
I hope they honor their agreement and give me full refund after 30 days with zero activity on the reship. It was a huge hit for me.

Hi brother, regarding your first order, did you have the product tested by a reputable lab? A personal reaction alone can’t confirm the product’s quality, so a lab report would help us check with the supplier.
For your second order, the brand page mentions 2–3 weeks’ delivery for domestic orders. Hope you noticed this while ordering.

I did not have it tested, I just stopped taking it and ordered another vial from a different brand. I will have it tested just to prove the point, but right now im just awaiting arrival of the new order.
