Excellent, I placed an order and needed to correct it once, This was no problem for them. They fixed with right away with no problems.
I ordered napsgear in late July, it was the third time.
the problem is that this time, the package was seized by customs.
I took a quick shipment, with the additional option. So it was a civil tracking number provided by themselves. when the tracking number in Chronopost is consulted, it is clear that the package is blocked and was seized by customs.
Naps, however refuses to send me the package because they want a letter from customs seizure. it's been 3 months I'm trying to get this letter, but it is impossible. yet it is written on the package chronopost was seized ... I do not understand ...

Have ordered several times from naps before. Never any problems till now. I made the order and sent the money. Naps said they never received the money. I called moneygram and they told me the money HAD been picked up. They are screwing a repeat customer out of $500. They keep saying they'll look into it and they never do

The first time I attempted contact through email. I got a response a couple days later explaining that due to high volume and low supply, my entire order could not be filled but could be partially filled and sent to me as supplies became available. I was agreeable to this but a couple more weeks went by with nothing. I sent another email and got a generic response apologizing for the delay. That has been a week or week and a half ago. Still nothing.
Not applicable at this time.
I'm hoping it'll arrive any time. I was offered a 10% discount on my next purchase as compensation for the inconvienence. If you don't have enough on hand then don't list it on the site or at least put "out of stock" on it. I understand its a busy time of year but listing something that isn't readily avaiilable just causes a headache for everyone. My order number is censored

I have been using naps off and on for the past 4 years but this is my first review so it is long overdue. Naps always comes through even a couple years back when they had some major issues on their end they still ultimately came through. Over the years I've used their GP test cyp, enan, and prop, dbol, winny, var, nolva, clomid, and adex, all have been spot on quality products that deliver results.
This go round I took advantage of a product of the week special on test enan and picked up 3 vials.
Anytime I've had a question they usually get back to you within hours not days and I think the longest I've ever waited on a response was a day.
Packaging secure enough that I've never had any broken or damaged product and orders have never been short. Almost always under their posted T/A unless issues occur out of their hands.
Naps is a great one stop shop as long as you have the patience to wait on intnl, and their product of the week deals cannot be beat.

+ 2Took part in the NAPS GP Anavar promo back in July on here. Now I have used GP in the past and was not to impressed with the oils I used at that time. So with that being said, I was somewhat hesitant to participate in this promo having going through with it but decided to since it was orals. GearofWarHey guys, just stopping in to throw out my .02 about Naps and his goods. Firstly, I am reviewing his Geneza Pharm Var. Just like the helluva guy he is Naps tossed me a trial of this Var. This was my first time using Var so it was all new to me. I actually used it to bridge a cycle, not on cycle. I will say that it worked to keep me from losing quality gains. I didn't really notice any change in vascularity and no real leaning out to speak of despite restricting the diet. So all in all I would say that it worked. I probably needed to take a larger dose per day to achieve what I expected from it. Dealing with Naps was as always, a pleasurable, hassle-free experience. The packing was on point, and it arrived in little over 2.5 weeks from overseas. Pack landed safely, securely, and discreetly(as discreet as a package postmarked from an oddball Euoropean country could be anyways) . Thanks as always Naps. You've got the goods and always find a way to deliver on time. This is my 3rd pack from Naps and its always been a good experience.

The T/A time from Europe was about 2.5 weeks from date of order, making this one fast pack to land. The pack was discreet enough and the goodies were locked down appropriately. No crushed, cracked, or powdered tabs. Nice job.
This is a long overdue review for the last GP Oxan promo that Naps ran. The ordering process was simple, and processing was completed quickly. Within 3 days I had a tracking number, and about 11 days later, I had my pack in my hands. I had 2 weeks left on my current var cycle when the GP arrived, and was running 100mg/day, so when my pack arrived I immediately took 50mg. Within an hour my head felt like someone drove a nail in it. That's typical for me the first few days when I start var, but I didn't expect it from switching mid cycle. I guess it was a bit much, I rolled it back to a 30mg dose (60mg) and all was good. The results were pleasing, I was getting muscle pumps just from my regular work day routine, and sometimes at the gym the pumps would interfere with my sets. I finished out my 2 weeks with it and my wife is currently running the rest of it at 10mg/day and breaking PR's almost every workout she has. Her libido increases, and her clit is also sensitive to enlargement when she runs good var, and she's vouching for it there. Sucks that I'm on PCT :/ I will not hesitate to use Naps in the future,

+ 1I would like to start by saying Naps is awesome! I had some trouble submitting my payment I guess the collector got flagged? Idk it took about 9 days total just for them to collect funds but once it was collected on 8/29 received everything by 9/10... Plus I have to say after naps mix up w my payment they def made it right by sending me 2 free liv52's! I know that's only like $25 bucks but hey that's awesome business. I didn't expect anything they offered cause I forgot to order some and they added it for free plus took another ten bucks off when I resubmitted payment. Naps=A+!

+ 1I ordered from NAPS twice so far. The first time it was as professional a purchase as can be. The second time my experience was not good so far as I am still waiting for my order now for almost 4 weeks. On top of this the tracking number I was provided with never worked. When I try to track the order it says the information is unavailable. What concerns me most is that I submitted a ticket to NAPS last week and it went unanswered. It says on the NAPS site that all tickets will be responded to within 12 hours. I was very much surprised by this as I initially had great confidence in them. If there was a problem with the shipper or supply, I would think NAPS would have at least given me the courtesy of responding to my ticket and letting me know. Prior to this situation I had planned on placing another order of significant size which I can’t justify doing till this issue gets resolved. I am very displeased and hope that NAPS corrects this issue.
