They reply very quick to inquiries. Order went from pending to paid to shipped in only a 4-5 days with emails along the way. I didn't receive a tracking number and they told me to wait. Package arrived before then. Only took 3 weeks total for the order which seems pretty good. I'm out in Hawaii. I guess the location my stuff shipped from doesn't have a tracking service? or it's to risky? Idk but I'm happy with the transaction.

here is the problem. This is my 4th order from these guys. The first two were perfect showed up packaged great with in 14 days. Third took a long time. They split the order and part came as normal packaged and the second took an extra week and was only wrapped in tinfoil and placed in a shipping envelope.. This fourth order I placed and payed for on Oct,2... The first three weeks the tracking number they gave me didnt work then they gave me a new tracking number and it works and shows order in NY. a full 30 days have passed and I still havent received it. I don't know if this is a new trend and I hope not because I like their products.

First place I have ordered from where my shipment simply never arrived. If it got seized they must have some blatant obvious writing all over the box. I've placed 10 orders or more similar to what I placed with NAPS and they all arrive just fine. Naps wont reship to me even when I suggested I had a stateside address they could use.

I was a first time user (for any mail order), and I had a few questions before I placed the order. Naps was extremely quick to respond and answer all of my questions. And during my second order, I began wondering if the shipping was delayed (just being paranoid as a noob) and they assured me all would be fine. the package arrived only days later.

Smooth oils with absolutely zero PIP. 6 weeks into cycle I'm up 12lbs and down 2.5% BF. On a 4300cal diet , all clean and organic foods. Strength gains are incredible! I've done 6 weeks of TRX suspension training and P90x to get my core as tight as possible, yesterday started the heavy lifting again. Will post more as I go.
So this is mt first review on my 1st order from an eroid source, I m 34 and havent ordered overseas since was 25 and things have changed a little. I ordered Sept 1st,made donation on the 3rd a weekend, was picked up cpl days later and shipped on the 10th which on their side for uncle Nappy is pretty fast turn around.I think there is a little confusion and misleading by many reviewers who focus on shipment time not transit time and there's no way in hell anybody is getting it in under 2 weeks. 2-3 weeks is actually 14 to 21 !! BUSINESS !! days so roughly a month of total time. I submitted my ticket after T/A expired 4 weeks and was told it would be reshipped at 6 weeks from ship date.I waited til 5 1/2 weeks before deciding to make domestic order and right after I made that donation the tracking number finally showed up on the US side as clearing NY which was 8pm on a friday night, 5 minutes after wiring my domestic donation,shit you not,and I had my pack Monday mourning Oct 21at 11 am in the Dirty South so even after giving up on Naps it came through and it's not their fault it set in customs 5 weeks but reviewers need to quit worrying about store credit for positive reviews that many sources give and be honest and do what this site is really intended to do, INFORM !!! and distinguish between how long it takes a source to ship and how long it takes the postal service to get it to you,and with the holidays approaching it will only get worse so order early is the lesson here.

Support well This is what they said. and I quote due to high elevation altitude during shipping it is stayed at a cool temperature. what you are claiming just by reading is completly false. ..... well I worked for an airline for 18 years. The aircraft are pressurised or everything on it would freese solid. everything. The tarmac is hot , the carts are hot, the storage areas are hot, the mail facility and trucks are hot, the delevery truck is hot, I hate being lied too. What a bogus statement since I worked there for 18 years.

If they say the back is unpressurised that means nothing on that aircraft could be hurt by being froze solid I do mean solid in like -30 or more at 35 thousad feet. Its just not done.

AnonBeen a long time and this review is def over due. Naps gear and pct products that I have used have been great. I used there var for the first 5 weeks of my last cycle. Had me nice and tight. Vascularity was Def there. I love var and it is def my fav compound. It was def a good quality product. I have also used ther pharma grade pct products and made a great recovery. + 1just a little info fyi, ok I have been browsing around here at eroids for a while now and I wished I joined up before I ran into a source problem. my first order with naps was last year and everything went smooth as a baby's ass. fast forward to last week I place another order after looking over all these reviwes and negating the many new guys posts claiming they haven't received they're order and holding to what some of the vets are posting, solid reviews just might be slow to receive. but something might be going on here guys let me explain , I made my order and paid my donation a week ago and after one week I get a update from naps today saying my order has been cancelled and to contact my western union rep and change the name on the donation at they're end for pick up, the wu rep said my donation was picked up 3 days after it was sent by the original recipient. I have submitted all this info to team naps and will see if this is resolved by honoring and shipping my order given I have properly done everything on my end and they're original guy has the money in hand. I'm a old hat been in the iron game along time was looking forward to a long business relationship with them after reading the negative posts and then this it is not off to a good start. I hope to resend this statement and inform everyone that naps has corrected this issue and will get my order shipped.

so i have had a few orders from naps prior to this. as always they are great, fast shipping, great prices, excellent customer service, great products. i had a complaint about an item from a previous order and naps immediately sent me this order for free, also they didnt make me send back my old gear. basically my complaint was from gp sust 270, it caused a lot of PIP, but still gave amazing results. the sust still did its job very well. so i told naps about it and he sent me 20 zafa testonon ampules, and some free biomex dbols. they do amazing business guys and i really recommend them. they more than made up for the PIP caused by the sust. the order took about 2 weeks to get here. the packaging was good and everything made it to my house safely. the biomex 20mg dbols worked amazing, awesome results, amazing pumps. some of the best dbols i've ever had. the zafa testonon had absolutely no PIP, awesome sex drive and energy. great results.
