I've made the order at the Naps on 20th of September 2013.
If you have 500 USD you have 3 options what to do with them:
1. you can purchace it for the products at the Naps,
2. you can throw them out of the window
3. you can keep them.
I've made a bad decission and try the Nr. 1. so it was the same as Nr. 2.
Communication:
There was no communication needed until the package was hold by the deputy office. After that, I tried to contact Naps with an answer (which was within 24 hours), that it doesn't bother them and It's my problem.
Explanation: I live in European Union and if any package is send within EU there is no declaration needed. So what Naps did? They send it "recommended" and from a State, which is outside the EU - Ukraine. So there is 100% chance, that this package will be hold by the deputy office.
Packaging:
I can't judge this point, only thing I can say, that from the time the package was hold by the deputy office I have lot of troubles with local authorities.

Ordered from naps 4 times now. First time was blue top hgh. It came in about ten days. I felt the effects within a week. good stuff.
Next order same product but twice as much. Also came within two weeks. Unfortunately, it had no effect. It looked like the first blue tops but didn't work. I wrote to complain and inform them that the product they were getting and selling was no good. But they blew me off and said I hadn't had it tested and that there was no issue with the product. Not true according to the forums. Also they dropped the price on their website from $230 to $100. Odd.
Not my first rodeo I have been using hgh on and off for ten years. So I ordered some hygetropin from them. It came pretty fast and it is the real deal.
So, fourth order. Took a long time to ship, like two weeks. I contacted them a few times but got no reply. finally I got a reply that said "allow us more time to update your order". It has not arrived as yet. Money was collected a month ago and included $50USD for special shipping. I have tried to contact them about it a couple times. Last ticket I submitted got a mass reply that they were busy.
So the jury is out. If I get the last shipment it will be 3 out of 4. If not it will be 2 out of 4. If I get it I will post here.

Very bad. No reply to half my contacts. Have never been able to get live support to work. When they do reply they can be rude. (This is not always true. I had some fair and friendly contacts, too). A mass mailing that they are too busy to reply to their customers does not empress me.
Packaging was OK. The customs declaration that it contained "loose powder" raised flags here. That caused me to have a long delay in getting it. But Hgh is not illegal to import to my country so I did get it from customs eventually.
I am very pleased with the products Ive ordered. They have always been delivered in a timely fashion. Whenever I had a question, I was always answered with a very concise and explanatory response. The products have always been top-notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again, no complaints here. Looking for to more products at a later date.

Ive had several orders and I always had great communication and quick responses to my questions. I am very satisfied.
Packaging has always been very well packaged and very discreet. Ive never had a problem with their packaging.

Napsgear is awesome. The Geneza brand rocks. The Sustanon and Testoviron amps rock. I have had horrible shipping luck. I made an order as well as someone close to me. We both ordered the same 6 month rejuvenation stack. My buddy received his after it was seized. It took 30 days but it was reshipped. My Testoviron arrived perfectly, 2 kits of Hyge perfectly, the last kit was seized. Naps was a great sport and reshipped the last kit again. The tracking info has now expired after only a few days at packagetrackr.com. This has always been a dead giveaway that the pack has been seized. I can't believe it! I guess I will wait it out and pray, but I seriously doubt it will arrive. I will continue to use Naps regardless, they have been so patient with me and my friends that have had shipping troubles.

-1First off, I think alot of these reviews are bs. Look at em, they all say the same thing. My wallet and exceptionally good package n shipping is. It's not a review it's someone tryin to sell u something. We all work hard for our $$ n I wanna know the truth, not someone trolling for brownie points. So here it is. I am not happy with my first order. I sent in order 25 days ago. Took almost 10 days jus to go from processing to shipping. Yes I understand they are a big business and busy. But I've been around the game long enough to know that anything over 4 weeks is usually followed by a seizure letter. So I am jus waiting on that. I used the online support an asked for help bout why my package has been sittin in customs for the last 14 days an I was givin the generic "Takes time bra". Yea of coarse it does, I was looking for HELP not u telling me something I already knew. I even ordered from another international source an still recieved it before my naps has arrived. Also my buddy put in one around same time. He hasn't gotten his either. I'll b happy if it shows up n isn't damaged. N hell, products might b amazing but can't comment on that if I never received my damn package

Hey don't get me wrong, if it get's here and the products are what I ordered, in good shape an of good quality then I will consider doing business with them again. But for doing my first order, having communication unhelpful an having to wait a month. Nah, way to many other sources to choose from. They have good reviews on here for product quality. But if u never receive them, then what's the point?
I've read some negative posts about Naps and I have to tell you that these posts are BullShit. This is my 6th order from Naps and they have been great from Start to Finish.
Instead of MoneyGrams that could be lost, I always use the Naps MyWallet feature. It is nothing short of amazing. The wire transfer registers with Naps within 48 to 72 hrs and Wham! My money is in Naps account - with a BONUS for using the MyWallet feature.

The communication was great and i received all the stuff (except the broken vials) but it took a little bit longer than i expected (not a big problem) and of course the fact that i lost 200$ is pretty annoying but it's not entirely their fault so i'm divided about this source, i will judge them positively if they send me the missing stuff and if the quality of the products are good...

Napsgear, however refuses to reship it, they say they don’t reship to my EU country which isn’t on the list(No reship policy for Brazil, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, APO, FPO, Italy and some other higher risk countries.) OK, but they could write all countries(at least EU)…

I used GP test e as well as some ancillaries which all worked as it was intended too, imho...granted I didn't get blood tests, but based upon my "eye" test things went well.

Personally, I like the ones that look different than the brand name viagra, but they all work the same.
Received regular feedback from supplier after placing order, when payment was received, and when package was shipped.
Had to sign for package delivered by USPS. Custom form on package labeled professional pharma samples and other label said Viagra. No problems with delivery at all.
Expiration dates on tablets is 3 years. So, here's what you should do. Calculate how many times a year you will take viagra. Multiply by 3. Buy yourself a 3 year supply. Save $24 per dose.

Naps has always responded to me very quickly. I had a minor issue with one of my products and wrote Naps to let him know. I specifically told him that I wasn't writing to ask for a refund or replacement. Naps demanded to replace the product, not once but several times, again AFTER I told him it wasn't necessary. That's pretty damn good customer service.
All of my packages have come within the advertised T/A for an international pack. None of my packs have had any goods damaged and everything always comes through great.
Highly suggest Naps. Remember, Naps is one of the biggest international sources out there. Stay patient and check the website for your expected delivery date. It tells you how many days you have left in your expected T/A.
Before making orders please read my post. I made an order with napsgear.net. Sent them money that was picked up on next day. Those guys are very quick to pick up the fund, but very slow to ship an order. At first, I noticed the order status under my account was renewed from waiting for approval to cancelled status.I got from naps email and was required to correct my transfer or make another transfer/they wanted to rip me off more/ It was an amazing for me. I called to MG and was explained the fund was already picked up. I did not understand why my order was cancelled, if they got money. I emailed them again and got the replay to send them a proof that they got my money. It looked like a joke. I sent them a copy of email from MG. They recognized the fact of receiving fund and informed me shipping will follow within a few business days. My order not shipped yet and they stopped to replay on my
email. Trying to find a help here.

+ 1i ordered from these guys awhile back and order was cancelled saying the reciever wasnt authorized to pick up funds. sent more money by w.u. finally recieved order but not worth the hassle. who ever the fuck william is needs his ass kicked,thats one rude customer rep,should be fired cause hes loosing business for ol napster. to many other sources to pick from. still dont know where the fuck my money went.
