As a 53 year old body builder I have used numerous sites thru my years and I will tell you that if you use any other site than Napsgear you are crazy. The prices are what they should be and the MOST Important thing is your order will be there as promised. I still show 7 days till arrival and I have had my order for over a week !!! + 1Naps has recently became my go to source. I had been concerned with ordering from outside the US but with each order I place I am realizing this is the place to go. Their gear is top notch and Naps is ran like a real business. .Yes you have a wait being international but even then they tend to be faster than some domestic sources.

I've only had one issue with Naps in 2 years and they were quick to resolve my problem. Usually there is someone to answer your questions on live support but rarely have I had to use the feature but it's nice to have it available.
For being an International source they are pretty quick. Usually takes around 2 to 3 weeks.
I would recommend this source for all of your gear needs. They have everything you would ever need and then some.
I place an order with naps the first week in April. Payment was sent and I submitted the details the same day. I still have not received my order. There was a two week delay until payment was picked up (confirmed with payment provider) and then naps never confirmed it was picked up or updated the order. Now after another week and a half they've canceled my order altogether.

Both the nap help center and chat agents have been awful. Every response after contacting them is please wait X amount of time. After waiting and contacting them again to get an update, they apologize and say they need more time.
Order never shipped after a month.
Been a naps costumer for 2 years. Just ordered from from them some accordorx, I trust naps so i avoided a proper research on accordorx. After reading several negative reviews about this lab I have send naps several emails asking about accordorx lab results,....so far I havent been lucky with a response. Also I am having issues login in my account , If Im not mistaken I received 5 different temporary password so far. I wanna give naps another chance, if this accordorx is bunk I will find out soon or later!

-1Receives my order but when I got it I did further research and there are numerous reviews stating the company I received which is vermodje is counterfeit/ fake I don't wanna take bunk gear and have health issues like abscesses or infections can you help ease my mind and lemme hear some reviews about that company?!?!? I ordered it then the bad reviews poped up I did do research before Hand and it was referred to as the strongest on the market in Russia's boards

I have used Naps for years and have received everything as ordered. This is my favourite source, they have a tremendous selection.
There were issues in 2011 meaning it took a few months to receive my order, my understanding is Naps had to re-ship all orders and I'm sure this cost them a lot. Their determination to get everyone their order eventually is to be commended.

Ok I feel this is the only way anything will get handled with Naps.. This is my third time trying to order and every single time there is a problem. I placed my order at the beginning of April and after a week I was asked to change the recipients name. I promptly did so and waited for them to pick up the payment but never saw the payment received. After several weeks and several messages (which never resolved anything) I was asked AGAIN to change the recipients name after waiting nearly a month for my order. I have no idea how other people ordering from this group has such good luck because I NEVER have had a good experience with them even after trying to give them multiple chances to make good..

I have orders from others and no one has matched their service level. Prices are reasonable and they offer quantity discounts. I have used other sources in the past and have read good things about Naps, so I figured I would take the plunge. Anyway, they took a while to pick up the payment, but that's not a huge deal to me.
Ultimately, once they had picked it up, they then took a few days before confirming shipping details- which is still ok, I just would have preferred better communication.
In any event... the package ended up not making it through customs, which I understand is not their fault. My issue lies with the aftermath of this occurence and, really, a horrendous performance in the communication department.
Supposedly they approved a re-ship for me exactly one week ago (per a confirmation email stating such), but that is where the communication has completely ceased.
I have repeatedly, though patiently (a couple/three times since), requested a tracking number and have yet to receive even so much as a "don't worry, we got your message" type email.
I understand that shit happens, really, I do. But the very least they could do is provide an email that let's me know what is going on.
Is there a problem with the shipment? Is everything going perfectly? Did they all just decide to take a big nap for the last few weeks at Napsgear? I have no idea because my small handful of emails are not being responded to.
