Time of arrival and packaging are always done discreetly and carefully.
Long overdue review have been a naps customer for years .I've ordered several products and have always been extremely pleased with the results this time was no different. Everything about the site is easy to use and the prices are extremely fair. Strength started to increase towards the end of 2nd week, started seeing changes in my physique in 3rd week. By the 4th week I was noticeably harder and leaner! Feels like I'm seeing changes daily now, a testament to the quality of gear along with a strict diet and cardio 4x weekly. As for sides...all typical with a tren cycle, I don't sleep longer than an hour straight without waking up, but I'm always G2G in the morning which is when I train. The night sweats were bad the first couple of weeks but haven't been nearly as bad lately. Experienced Tren cough 3-4 times which was AWFUL as those of u who have experienced 1st hand know. Aggression and blood pressure has increased but a friend hooked me up with some BP meds so that issue is now in check..Since then I've ordered again and again ...always completely satisfied.

My first order with naps and a couple of things didnt go my way. Wrong tracking number for first package (still hasnt arrived), and missing item in second package. Im happy I got some of the items but overall dissapointed after reading so many good reviews on NAPS and waiting 3 weeks. Before I make my final judgement Ill wait and see how the issues get handled. I know this is a risky business.

Packaging was discreet. Order placed on the 4-4-14 and recieved incomplete pack 4-26-14, so right at 3 weeks total time.
My order was seperated into two packages. I was given the wrong tracking number for the first package. It still hasnt arrived. The second part of my order arrived 4-26-14 with missing clomiver. Emails sent, I will update this when issues get resolved.

-1I have made 34 orders with Naps spanning back to august of 2013. With the consideration of the rare glitch (which is never naps fault but happens during shipping) everything has run like a machine. Even when there is an issue it is solved immediately and every effort is made to get my product in my hand ASAP. Remember Naps can't control what happens to the package after it leaves their hands but if something does happen, they ALWAYS make it right! It is a pleasure to do business with them and due to the outstanding level of customer service they always show, they have earned a customer for life in me.
I have ordered too many to list. Probably 20 Geneza products and a few others (Biomex, schering) one thing they have in common is they are some of the highest quality gear I have ever experienced!
Always a fast response, always a solution, never any BS. remember they have their policies they follow so don't freak out on them if your package has been in customs for a week. You WILL get it.
Always packaged safely and discreetly. Have only lost a couple bottles due to obvious carrier fault but Naps reships these immediately.
I give naps an EASY rating of 100 all day long. No one is perfect and mistakes will happen. But due to Naps ability to make those mistakes right quickly every time, to me that makes them by far the best out there! Use Naps you will not be disappointed at all!

+ 1First time buyer from Naps. My order was split up into 3 shipments. I received 2 of the 3 within 2 weeks. The packages were discreet and all inside was GTG. The 3rd package I still haven't received and the tracking number doesn't seem to be valid. I've submitted a ticket for that and I also received some HGH with navy blue tops. I've never seen a dark blue or navy blue top before. The email/ticket has been unanswered for several days now. All in all I'm pleased as I got 90% of my order, however, I'm a little concerned about the navy blue tops and the lack of a response from Naps. If I get a return email referring the HGH and 3rd package issue, I will definitely order from them again.

1st time order! What can I say. Naps is as good as many of the reviews I have read. I used WU without problems. 3 day delay as advertized before pick up and 3 day wait before shipping. Perhaps wire transfer is better and faster with the WU issues. Although I had zero problems so far. Will let you guys know when the rest of the order arrives.

-4It's been 17 days since I sent my payment and I'm still in the payment in progress stage contacted numerous time and I get the same reply..I checked the status two days after and the payment was picked up.Ive been doing this for years and this is by far one of my most unprofessional experiences I've ever encountered. Real sorry customer service 17 days really and I'm in the second stage..They comment back saying they are real busy this is how it goes they are sorry but they will let me know when it ships.A few guys at the gym made a order after I did for a bigger amount and they have received the product so the its been real busy bit isn't believable.Im out 425 dollars and I'm without for two weeks thanks to the pretty reviews and the good I heard about Naps before..My usual had it delivered within two weeks..BE AWARE OF NAPS THEY HAVE BEEN RIPPING OFF A FEW PEOPLE READ THE REVIEWS.. THEY ARENA EVER PROFFESIONAL ENOUGH TO COMMENT ON ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. .RIPOFF

This is ridiculous.. at this point i time I'm thinking they are f*cking with me on purpose cuz I have no idea why in hell it would take that long to send someones order out. It would've been fast to drive to Mexico, but stuff and mail it to myself. lol these guys are a joke. Worst customer service and communication that I have ever experienced dealing with any web order. All replys are generic or automated. Now I'm behind schedule starting my cycle and have to go to local guy to take it up the ass with black market rates. It'll be a miracle if I get my stuff sometime this year. Would never recommend these clowns to anyone.

Nothing but good things to say about naps. I got a couple orders in last month, one of which was the promo.
I'm really impressed with how they give back to their loyal customers. I really enjoy the discounts you can earn with a little work on part. I think the online wallet is really easy and convenient for getting those emergency orders in. Everything moved really quickly considering the influx of orders. One parcel arrived 9 days from the date of funds collection, and the second order came in 10 days, and that's because of the ISC nothing to due with naps. I just placed two more orders.... I will review and post pictures soon...I think the selection and pricing are fair... I recommend Biomex and Quality Direct Labs. My personal favorites!
