At first, i was a bit skeptical ordering from Naps because of the name change. But I checked my email that I only use to do this kind of business and I was notified of the domain change. I had ordered from them numerous time, so when I logged in with my same info and it worked, i knew it was a go. I had been waiting for an item to go on sale (they have product of the week sales) and it finally did, so i ordered.
I ordered 4 bottles of Geneza Primo~ I love their Geneza product because they're always dosed correctly and they work.
The communication was fast as usual. I sent the money on a Sunday night and by Tuesday I received an email that it was picked up. I was informed on every step of the process. From money pick up, to processing, and finally to the product being shipped. I received my package On the east coast of the U.S approximately two weeks from when it was shipped. So the whole process took about 3 week from start to finish and this was faster than usual.
The packaging was great. It came in a nondescript envelope and no one could tell what was inside. the bottles were neatly bubble wrapped and in a box, so none of the product was damged.
I'm waiting to order some Anavar and other things before I start my cycle. I didn't wanna make a big 1st order since I hadn't ordered since last year. Overall experience was still reliable, safe, and fast

Great communication. Apparently I sent my payment details when their site was down so took a couple days for them to send me an email letting me know the info didn't work. Submitted it again and was shipped immediately.
Received my order in a little over a week. Professionally packaged and discreet.
First time buying from Naps. Sent money was picked up within 8 hours. Was emailed they received payment. Mine was a $300+ order.
They were really good at keeping me updated. Every couple days I would recieve a email from them about something.

-12nd order, total success. This time I used Moneygram instead of Western Union as I planned, since WU takes awhile to be picked up. Funds were picked up within 2 days. Entire transaction from my payment to my door was one week, plus or minus a few weekends thrown in. Crazy fast. My only beef is that the ISN number is half smudged out, so I cannot verify the authenticity on the Geneza website, but I trust Naps to be G2G so I'll overlook that.

so people understand that are new to this sight, don't go here. there is to much risk because of selective scamming. bottom line is i placed my order than receive the receivers info for the transaction, then was told the money was picked up. later that week the same email, which emailed me about the receiver info, told me it was a fraud person and not to send the money after they already knew i sent it due to the fact they send a confirmation email saying the money was picked up. that was on the 10th it is now the 26 and all they have been doing is avoiding the truth and pure FACT that is show them and just give me a bunch of run around emails trying to stall, and hope I'm just going to forget they scammed me. if any new customers thinking of buying would like to PM me i will show you the proof i have which there is a lot of.

I just have to say naps is once again a top notch service. I received my order of 96 amps of primo depot. The first package only had 25 amps, so naturally i was concern. My concern was unneccessary. I emailed support and they quickly responded with "multiple packages were shipped due to large order". Shortly there after tracking numbers were emailed to me. I received the packages and a few amps were damaged (post office damage not naps). Naps is sending out replacements no questions asked. Just sent them a picture and gtg.
Both products are human grade and authentic! No bogus gear here!!! :-) 3 weeks into cycle and feeling the test and primo "really kick in"

Time of arrival is awesome. I usually stick with GP gear, seems to come faster than the Gen Shi gear, that I sometimes go with. Plus GP stuff alway has good specials to look out for.
Packing is always good, tight and secure. Nothing ever broken or tore open ever.
No reason to worry about ordering from them. They are the best in my book and I'll never stop coming to them. I order Pins from them too and they are a little pricey at 2 bucks a pop, thats the only complaint. Buy their 100 pack and save, plus you'll alway have some on hand if you plan to do more cycles.

Im using helios to kill of some abdominal and love handle fat.
Still 12 Weeks in with test tren anavar and provirion daily with hcg 500iu a week i am side free.

Not needed, but being my first order I did email them once or twice. Naps always got back to me in a day, tops. When I found out that I received the wrong item, naps sent out the item I ordered and doubled the amount.
T/A was a week from being shipped, which is the best experience I've had from an intl source. Packaging is tight and discrete.
The greatest benefit is the reliability of this source and the short T/A. I would get anxious ordering from other sources because you'll see so many people not getting their packs, or getting bunk gear. This isn't an issue with naps because they clearly take care of their customers, and the reviews of the gear backs up their reputation as a top source. -1A friend of mine recommended me this site, even though i have a domestic source i decided to place my first order because the prices were good and my source didn't have legit var.
Anyway the package got seized by customs and they sent me a letter and requests for the receipt and the site where i ordered it from.
Decided to contact naps customer support and explaining to them the issue and they were pretty much USELESS replying with " unfortunately we can't do anything" and not answering any of my questions and really NOT being helpful.
Tried contacting the rep but he didn't accept my friend request yet.

After three orders it's time for a review. Overall I find that Naps is a good business , ran and staffed by people who do their best to get products out and make happy customers. My experience with all aspects of Naps, including product and service have been mostly trouble free. I feel it's appropriate to address the only frustrating experience I've had in the review forum. I ordered and received 60 amps Farmak test p. I received items but unfortunately they all had expired 2 years ago. I used the ticket system to address this problem. It was resolved quickly with an expedited reship, sort of. I received an equal amount of mgs test p. Unfortunately it was genshi which is not same quality or dollar for dollar a fair trade. I gave it away as I'm not a fan of genshi. That said I still consider Naps honest. Ive ordered and used other products of theirs and like them.I will recommend them to friends and continue to shop there myself.
