Communication with Naps was amazing. Did not have to contact them at all. Received email for payment received/picked up within 48 hours. Shipped in 72 hours and received package 15 days later. 9 days earlier than the tracking on the website stated. Nice surprise.
Package was perfectly packaged and discrete. No damage. Awesome!
Although I have seen a few negative reviews the last few days on naps most of them are due to things which are not their fault directly (shipping delays, seized orders) but I would give them the benefit of the doubt because they will make it right. Naps has got my business from here on out and I've already placed another order for over 1k. No reason to go anywhere else they carry everything!
As for some people saying their gear is fake. You spent hundreds on gear spend 50$ on a blood test and prove it. Naps has offered you 20k if its fake. I highly doubt anything they offer is fake. But if you plan to make accusations like that. You better back it up. Just sayin!

-3So this was my first order with naps and I put in an order for 10 cjc w/o dac, 10 ipam, 2 avodart and 5 tb500. They payment process went smooth and the avodart got here super fast. The rest took a little longer but still got here pretty fast and decently packaged. When I opened the package for the peptides they weren't labeled at all. I could tell what was tb500 because there were only 5 but the rest had no label and I'm missing one of either cjc or the ipam. There should've been two boxes, one with 10 vials of ipam and one with 10 of cjc but I only have 9 vials in one of the boxes. I submitted a ticket about my order before and they got back to me quickly but it's been 24 hours since I filled out a ticket for this and I have not gotten any response. I submitted a couple extra tickets and still nothing. Please help me out napsgear! I also ordered a kit of the 200iu Hyges so I'm hoping none of my stuff gets messed up and I receive everything.

Overall I think they're a good supplier but I don't get why they wouldn't send the 10th vial or why they haven't replied in 24 hours. Hopefully this all works out so I can keep ordering from them! They've got good prices and everything else seems to be fine.
Another great experience with the napsgear.org after many successful orders I decided to go all out with them and I send them about 5gs in a wire transfer and not only did they received faster than the western union but they also gave a bonus cash back of 20% so i really had 6gs to spend with them. They carefully divide my packages into many and send them out even tho some took forever like one of the packages that took almost 8 weeks to arrive I did received all my products and they where legit and to top out the napsgear made a mistake with one of the product I order a few tren acetate and they shipped Ethan so I wrote the, they ask for a picture of the wrong products I send it to them and I already have here with me the ones that I order just a couple weeks later thanks napsgear looking forward to buy more from you pretty soon

This is a follow up review on accordrx manufacturer I purchased from Naps 3 weeks ago , Test p is clearly bunk, no reaction whatsoever, no increased libido, nothing of the sides I usually get from good quality test P. Very disappointed, am not saying their other products don`t work , just DO NOT BUY ACCORDORX. I have been using naps for 3 years, most of their products are good quality but I would not expect them to sell a bunk product. I also asked for lab results on accordo, they told me they do not have them and that I could buy a 200$ kit to test them myself. So, obviously they are selling products without verifying the quality and that is NOT what a number 1 ranked does !! Will NOT buy from them again, wasted 600$ ......

Placed order, sent money, sent all information for money pick up and now I can't get anyone at naps to return my ticket inquiries. I ordered test c, test e, primo, nolva. Money hasn't been picked up in a week, and I sent the money a week ago. How long does it take to go to a western union and pick up the money? All my emails have gone unanswered, tomorrow I will be checking with western union to see if the money was collected, if it hasn't been, then I will be canceling the transfer and going somewhere else. I will post a review again tomorrow once I find out from WU if money was collected or not.

None really needed. The communication and support has always been a strong suit in the past but the order process is fairly straight forward. Place an order and wait (usually not long) and you'll be in good hands. Any questions in between are answered fairly quick.
T/A was under 2 business weeks. Very quick by any standard. I've said it before, but I have had domestic orders take longer to make it to my box. Always impressed with the T/A. Packaging is always tight. There is absolutely no wiggle room for things to move around. Good to know that product is safe for the journey.
Grab some Proviron. If you're running Test, grab it, give it a try. Don't expect anything massive as far as size and strength but watch your body composition change week by week as you're now getting more bang out of your testosterone.
if you want to be secure about getting your order on time and in general this is the place to go and having the free mind of knowing your gear is the real deal then your in the right place. i only placed two orders with them so far but i will stay a loyal costumer for years to come! i highly recommend!!!

-1now the rep from nap tells me that it must be my address. That is the reason that I did not get my gear. He also stated I did not get my first gear, or my second gear, that both items are lost because my address is wrong. I know They are lost now. My first order got to me fine, I even sent a pic of it. it was the semi shipped that never got to , same address. I have every lot number to every item that they sent to me to verify that I got the first package. I sent Naps a photo of my first products, and a photo of mail addressed to me at my house. The post officer worker told me that they only send things back if they can not read what is written on the package. she stated that it came from Germany, and the name and the house number were not legible. If it is my address, then why do I have my first products? Please, be cautious with this company. I asked that if my address is not correct, then refund me for the pending order not shipped. I have lived here for 10 years. Never an issue with the mail until Naps.
You said you take a photo of every thing you ship, post the photo of my package, lets see if anyone on here can read it. Lets verify if it is my fault or your fault. put your money where your mouth is.

Customer support can not just ignore this case. PM me the ticket ID please I will look into it and fix your issue. We do take pics of every package shipped so this can be easily verified.
I could understand if I was the only person with this issue, and customer service issues, but every page on here has at least one complaint. its like when you show them their mistake, they try to find another reason to make you wrong.

I placed an order a few weeks back and I received a message saying that my order had been cancelled. When I checked with the sender they e-mail me the time, date and location money was picked up from. Naps hit me up and siad he would personally attend to this issue.. its been a few days and I haven't heard back from neither naps or his customer support.

A few weeks back I ordered some tren e and when I recieved my order the tren was black. I put some in a needle and it looked like some wicked stuff. Black/green in color so I decided it wasnt good and I wasn't putting that stuff in me. I contacted naps and the rep said that wasnt normal and he would get back to me,well he got back to me and said he would not replace it. The product is unuseable and you just tell everyone tuff. This is unprofessional.

I went with Naps because of the thing I read. I also read some bad things and thought it could not happened to me. Well, it did. I placed an order. The first bad part is that it was semi shipped. I got the gear, but the PCT was delayed with no known time of delivery. 3 weeks later, it was shipped. In the mean time, I placed another order. Well, the semi shipped product stated on tracking that addressee was not known, and it was returned to sender. I contacted Naps. and even my post office. The post office stated that it must have been mislabeled. Naps stated that it was not their fault. If I got the first gear with the correct address, then the second had the same address. There customer service could see the same information that I could see, but said that it was not their fault it was mislabeled. Then who's fault is it if I give you the correct information, and you mislabel it. I asked for a refund of my unprocessed order. I had just spent $300 and they would not replace the $30 pct, I did not want to loose the new $275 order. they kept telling me to send a ticket to upper management? you know how that works, never a reply, just a way to put you off. I would take full responsibility if I gave the incorrect address, or if the mistake was on my end, but even my postal woman stated that there was not a package for me. Naps told me to call DHL, DHL told me that to call the postal service in Germany, they told me that they contract with DHL, then DHL tells me they contract with USPS to deliver. all and all, a very bad experience. I can not start gear because this was the PCT that I am missing. I would stay, stay local, USA company my be the best, or just take your chances and hope you never have a problem, because if you do...like the Naps customer service person said...it is not his problem, it is your problem. Even have the VM from post office stating that the reason that it could not be delivered is that the hand writing was not legible so they did not know where the street number or address so they did not know where it went. why would I spend over $500 then say I did not get a$30 item..even when you give them the evidence they find a way to deny. the conversation did not up load, so I copied that below. also sent "upper mang" the vm and # to customer service at post office. the rules state I can not post the tracking codes, or customer service replies from Napsgear, If I could you would see the type of service that they give

I've been sceptical about ordering gear online since I had the experience of buying fakes on other pages. So, I really spent hours and hours on finding a legit website for steroids dosed properly 'cause there's nothing worse than injecting something into your body not knowing what it actually contains.
Then, I came across Napsgear, read all of these positive reviews, was astonished at their huge selection and their professionality.. really thought that's to good to be true!

Very quick, they are really anxious to help their customers.
I paid via Wire Transfer which took about 3 days until I could order. (Definitely prefer this payment method 'cause there are no extra charges)
The gear was shipped in two packages since it came from two different countries and it took another 4 days until the last package was shipped. Afterwards, Naps provides you with the tracking number(s), so you can track your package(s) on websites like track-trace online.
Agreeably surprised, both packeges arrived already 7 days later.
So the complete process from placing an order to arriving at my house took 14 days which is quite reasonable.
Eventually, I can approve that Napsgear and Geneza is legit.
I'm looking forward to placing my next order!

Im sorry for the post below me saying these guys send out fake gear. im sure your gear is fake like you say, but im sure that is not naps fault. that kind of stuff does and will happen in this business, BUT, naps is a solid company and they dont send out fake products. If that happened to you, it was someone fucking with your order on the inside or something, as for all my stuff from naps, ITS GREAT, so thank you naps, keep pleasing 99.9999% of everyone that orders from you.

The communication by Napsgear.org was great because i really didnt need to email them. This was my first time giving naps a shot and yes, they came through wonderfully. I read pages upon pages of reviews and after careful consideration, I took the plunge and im glad I did.
The t/a was a little slower than i anticipated but it was well worth the wait in my opinion. Anyone not patient enough to wait a while for top notch gear is a fool in my book. Id like to add that the packaging could have been better, but i suppose thats just me being picky. The shit got to me and thats whats important.
Thanks naps, you guys rock and you have a long term customer right here. I will update when my test kicks in in a few weeks.

-6Napsgear is just making money from us. I have ordered several times, and the products arrive but they are all fake. At first All I ordered was Geneza and After 11 weeks of 500mg/week of sust and 600mg/week of boldenone all I can say is that I feel robbed.
I Also got Winstrol desma, they send me the lote C013.... ON 2014!!! That bunch is from 2009!! And I tested it and it was FAKE!! Only 38mg/ml stanozolol.
I told them to reship things and they sent me 2x GP Tren acetate and 2X Gp Stan 50... I went to http://www.genezapharmaceuticals.com/ Checked the ISN codes and winstrol was fake, both bottles!

They are very professional, and treat every customer as if they were the only ones. Every part of there business is spot on, but what really makes them different from other sites is there weekly 50 percent off sale. Every week the customers vote on which products they would like to see 50 percent off each monday! Its a great way to bulk up on all the gear you will need. Hands down, napsgear.org is the best site for quality, price and customer service!!!
I have literally ordered every single Geneza pharma product they have. Ill name the ones I can think of at the moment..... Test cyp, test E, dbol, winni, nolva, clomid, deca, EQ, proviron, tren ace, tren enanth, anavar, halotest, M1t, and superdrol. I have ordered much more, but these are the ones I can think of at the moment. I can promise you that everything I have ever ordered through them has been 100 percent legit!
I would give Communication an A+. There has been a couple confusions in the past, so I typed up a quick message to them, and the next day they had answered all my questions to the T. They have staff that will walk you through the whole process and answer any questions and concerns you may have. Great communication and support!!
On average my packages would be delivered within 2 weeks tops. Naps always has a support system set up but I have rarely needed it. I just place the order and sit back and wait. When needed I use this site and naps is very helpful and professional.
I got the pack about 9 business days which is what I am used to for international. Packing is discreet and wrapped well so everything is intact.
Viagra isn't just for Ed problems. It's great for that but also just an extra spark from time to time to really boost a sexual experience. I highly recommend trying a couple on your next order.
