Excellent. I only used the "live support," and they were responsive and helpful each time.
Took 2 weeks to ship, but apparently was during a time of high volume, so I'll assume this isn't the norm. Took an additional 6 days to arrive once it made it to the mid-atlantic.
Packaging was incredible. Not too much to say about it other than you'll know what I mean when you receive yours. I was impressed.

-1not to be trusted. they are selective scammers, i recieved several emails from the website, one containing the wrong reciever information. when correcting them on their mistake they say it wasnt their email... they told me this from the very same email that sent me the wrong information. now they have stopped responding and if they do they claim its not their fault and to try and get my money back through western union.

I have placed 4 orders with Napsgear and everyone was received within 2 weeks in discreet secure packages. Most importantly, they all worked as promised. The HGH blue tops made my fingers numb and eventually leaned out my stomach. The Test-Cyp by Gen- Shi gave nice size gain (with a little acne) . The GP anavar at 40mg day is giving me insane pumps-(hard to wash my hair). They will always get my order. Thanks Naps.

Two carts were flip tops and one cart had kigtropin tops. Besides getting no hgh side effects the product left me with painful red swollen bumps. This was my 10th + order with naps and I usually have great service.
The hygies are always good- and so were all the non blue top products.

So this is a redo of a previous review I did on naps. I had an issue with my first order which was

He ended up sending me everything packaged nice and discreet and really fast considering it was international but I was missing a vial of the Cjc. I contacted customer support and they weren't as helpful but as soon as I posted on here naps sent me a pm right away, fixed it and sent it out for me the very next day.. Not only did he give me the 1 vial I was missing but added 4 extra ones in there as well.. He definitely knows how to keep customers coming because now I have to buy more ipam to match! haha

Geneza andromix Wow. That best describes it. No PIP to speak of, Night sweats which I hate are at an all time high. This product is legit. I Took place in the last promo and got 4 bottles of the andromix I am in vial 3 and the strength gains are through the roof. If you have not messed with Tren be careful the sides could take you by surprise. But they are to be expected. For a international order 2 week delivery time is awesome.

-3I do agree Naps products are superior to most overseas sites. to me, Naps gear only work best when recieved.
it looks like I am beginning to see a pattern with a pinch of the old Naps slipping back. remember back in 2008-2009 when Naps was on point? twice a month order was the norm, you could set your calander to the shipping, 10 days on the nose. Then after donation received in late 2009, "if order is not received over 30 days, please give another 30 -Charles. then 2 months came, no order, no return e-mail, NAPSGEAR had gone to shit. those of you who remember this time, who was next? Uncle Z. Then who? UK Best. Thank you AB and Big D for stepping up. then Banner changed to HulkBody while everyone got scammed by naps atleast once.
What Napsgear is doing is, 2nd time here on product of week, are sending order to proper Name, Address, city, zipcode, but the streetname, they are using the mailing address person's last name as the street packages are being sent out to.
Out of all of Geneza's products, what is priced the best? that would be Andromix,as the last two times it was PRODUCT OF THE WEEK i ordered 6 @ $31.5. What are the chances of just those two orders being sent out to the mailing address last name not the street. my name is Ronald McDonald, what are the chances i live on 44533 McDonald? pretty good when you take advantage of sale of the week.
Why is it that Naps Anti-Aging Stack are never picked as PRODUCT OF THE WEEK? cause you think NAPS is stupid enough to let a 200iu kit of Hyge of for $252? No, even if it did win, it may be sent, but they will change your name of street so it is mailed back to sender, or atleast thats what USPS will say

SUPPORT: rotten, took 3hr online support to dig out an order with no username. 1st, order cancelled, then order recieved? but to who, what email address was it attatched to if mine no longer exist?
well it did long enough for reciever to pick up donation. Still useless as i cannot stop a package going to land with the last name of person as the street. Then it is my fault, well check my address book, only one address there, and you can see clearly last name and street are NOT THE SAME

Once again everything has gone SUPER SMOOTH. I just ordered a cycle for my boy, it took a little longer than usual this time, but not because of naps just because it was stuck in customs for a couple days longer. Well, I'm currently finishing up my cycle of dust and winny and everything has gone perfect all sides are there and according to my blood work taken two weeks ago my test levels are high! Napsgear runs a distinctly business-like operation in a market that has many decidedly un-businesslike suppliers. Over time, you begin to appreciate how important that is.
I've ordered four times. Received product generally in about 18 - 20 days (U.S.) from submission of payment. I had one package taken by Customs. Napsgear did replace it after a 30 day period, which is reasonable.

Generally very good. Someone has spent time and money on a response system that keeps information flowing.
I did have trouble with the ticket system on my second order. I had made a request after ordering for a modification to my order, and Napsgear honored my request, which impressed me. However, the ticket system kept automatically generating a new ticket with my original request every couple of hours. I think the Napsgear guys thought I was psycho for a while there and they started sounding increasingly exasperated in their replies, but after about 30 tickets had been generated, they realized there was a bug in their system and that was the end of it. No problems before or since.
The bottom line is I have never failed to receive a response quickly when I've posted legitimate tickets, and this makes me more confident with Napsgear as a reliable supplier.
Well-packaged, never have had any issues with condition of goods upon receipt.
All things considered, Napsgear is hard to beat.

-1I ordered 3 boxes of anastrozole 3 weeks ago and paid by Western Union. I have not received my order. I repeatedly tried their customer support with no help. Last night after trying their customer non support again, they emailed back. "Their system shows I canceled the order, please order again."
I do not recommend this site, unless you like feeling ripped off. I will not use them again.
