-3I've never placed an order online for any 'supplements' before but my friend recommended them cuz he always uses them and has had great success receiving his stuff. Well I finally placed an order for $1000 last week and checked with WU and they said money was picked up 2 days ago but my status still says 'payment in progress'. All my 20 emails and live chats have been ignored and brushed off. Horrible experience. God knows if I'll ever see my money or my product again. Horrible customer service. All their replies are from a script. Looks like someone sitting in a third word country pressing f1 key for automated response to be typed. Only thing they do is blame WU and that their agent reached him limit for pick up. Bunch of BS. Good luck getting your stuff buddy...7 days and they keep saying we haven't picked up the money.. BS... picked it up 2 days ago.. why give people run around??

Placed my order weeks ago, the payment was picked up last week, then today they cancelled my order and told me to change the recipient's details. Well, I can't do that. They already picked up the payment, so obviously I can't make changes and it wouldn't make sense to change any recipient details. Obviously wouldn't recommend them to anyone else and the 'ordered and got my stuff in ten days smooth sailing!' reviews blow my mind. It's why I chose Naps in the first place. Not sure if I fell through the cracks or what, but it's a shit first impression.

I have used naps quite a few times over the years and feel I should show my appreciation. I recently placed a small order with them and this is the first time ive had trouble. Most of my order came...still waiting on the last package. With that being said, Naps is hands down the best source thats out there right now.

Got my first package in 11 days. Then I experienced the same problem as lightweight below, which makes sense because I placed my order on February 17th. I was told there was a problem with their india warehouses and that the problem would be resolved soon. About 2 weeks later I was told the last package had shipped. The tracking number doesnt seem to be valid and its been two and a half weeks since it shipped. Its just some hcg so no big deal, I just hope it gets here soon so I can start my cycle. Gonna give it another couple of weeks then ill place another order. Ive recieved everything ived ordered from naps so this one hiccup doesnt even come close to lowering my confidence in them. Keep up the good work guys

-2I have used his products before,nlbut i have not myself placed an order until recently. I place order on april 1 and my donation has not been picked up. I submitted a ticket (which was responed to very quickly) stating my package was being ready for shipment. However i got a message this morning instructing me to change the recievers name through WU. I dont want to give naps a bad review just yet. I jist want all this sorted out

+ 1This is a review for the 12 week cycle I did with the gear ordered from Naps. Before I started I was at 215 pounds, and 18% body fat. After running 750mg a week of the Test and 500mg of Sustanon 270 I increased in size and strength by week 5. The gear is really top notch. I ran DBOL for 4 weeks at the beginning of the cycle and I tacked on 10 pounds. I switched to the Winnie on week 6 and the strength and vascularity started to show even more. At the end of the cycle I am down to 10% body fat and weighing 230. I have been off the gear for 8 weeks now and completed my PCT. I have maintained the size and I am excited to place my next order with Naps to try some of the Genshi line.

As I read the reviews I know how lucky I am to have fallen to a good source. It could not have happened at a better time. I'm 37, 5'11, 182 lbs. and 20%BF. Been working out, off and on, since 17yeasrs old. I am ready to get swole and hope I have found the source! So.. I received my order within the expected time frame. I had a question and was responded to the same day. It was my first order so my nerves were up not knowing what to expect. -1first off I'm not here to trash talk naps. I have placed a few orders with them. the first order I was amazed with the customer service and that naps actually cares for their customers. this second order that I have placed not so much and that's being modest. I placed an order on 2/5/14 for the products I have listed in the review. the clen and t3 was shipped in the originating country on 2/15/14 and had arrived on 2/24/14. the second half of the split order was apparently "shipped" in which they had given me a tracking number that was never registered with the post agency. therfore a false number because the agency tracks everything including the originating country. reading some of the reviews I understood there was problem with their outlet in india and that naps substituted products that were equal value so I emailed them that I would like to do the same and they replied that their outlet with india was resolved and I should be getting an email about a reship. so time went by and nothing. I emailed them again and said I wanted to substitute the cabaser for another product. they got back to me quickly like usual and said if it equal value place an order and email back the order number which I did. they emailed me and said they will notify me of a reship. this was a week ago. now its been over two and a half months and I would like some resolution. I emailed them yesterday with no reply whatsoever. two hundred bucks is just two hundred dollars in my countries currency but how did naps place so high on eroids is beyond me when they treat their customers this way. it seems like this is the only way to get naps to do the right thing so when the problem is resolved I will update my review.

+ 1These guys delivered in a timely manner even though there was an issue with my initial payment. I had to resend the payment to a different person due to some kind of suspicion but it worked out. The products were all good. Test Prop and E were fantastic quality; the Equipoise was questionable IMO, as I didn't see results as I had with another, and my joints ached and felt weird. It could just be my body's reaction of course so I can't say it's their product. Will buy gear again this week.

I have made three orders with Napsgear thusfar. The product choice on napsgear is enormous. They have many different brands and sell pharmacy items non bodybuilding related as well. The ordering proces through their website is very simple and payment instructions are very clear. All of my orders have been delivered within about two weeks.
I have referenced several people to Naps and all off them have not been disappointed. Napsgear is the real deal. A very trusted source.
I ordered exemestane, anastrazole, letrozole, test U250, TNE, dbol and winstrol from Geneza Pharma. All product are excellent. I also ordered humalog as well. All high quality stuff.
The website itself has an order tracking system where you can see that status of your order and payment. I found no need to email them since the proces itself was swift enough. The site states it may take up to three weeks so you need to be a little patient
Packaging is discreet and items are carefully wrapped. There has not been any damage to any items at all.

I sent in donation april 8th and as of today the money still has not been picked up and then after two days naps responds to my PM saying my order was not in the system. Ive recieved orders from china in quicker time then naps can pick up a money transfer. This is my personal experience ive done this for years never had to deal with such slow business.

-4Not to sure about Naps yet. I placed an order On the 8th of April. Here it is today, the 16th and the funds have yet to be picked up. CS keeps saying give it more days. According to there website the funds would be picked up in 2-3 days. This is my first order so as you can imagine I'm leaning towards the "I just got scammed" feeling. Will update if things clear up.

It hasn’t even been a week and friends on the order have been raving and ranting to me about how the process is most definitely worth the wait (not inconvenient at all) from ordering, wiring, shipping etc!! I recently placed a very large order, they shipped everything in 4 different packages, and everything came in in a timely manner. I had one package arrive within the first week. I had two of the other packages arrive week2, and the third package came in from Asia, and that package took just 3weeks from the date i ordered. All the products ordered worked amazing! I am a huge fan of their Geneza brand. Geneza orals are out of this world strong. Ive used many different brands and Geneza is one of the most reliable. Anyone considering trying their hgh generic blue tops have to give it a shot. Ive been on for 3 months now and i have never experienced this level of muscle growth ever before (in conjunction with other AAS). -4Placed an order from naps on March 17. After a few days requested status and received tracking number. After several days tracking only showed movement in that country. Few days later recv'd letter from customs that they have my package. i advised NAPS and was told to send them a new address to ship to. I requested a refund since Fall will be here by the time they ship it. here is the reply;
Hello we do not have refund policy I am not going to eat another cost because your package was seized BY your Country Customs we have done our part as you could see
