2. Second statement.
The quantitation should be done in comparison to the external standard, which hasn't been done.
#The internal standard is used when the device is not working in a stable way. The internal standard must be added to the sample and to the external standard.#
In this very case, only the internal standard has been used, which is wrong.
3. The results can not be considered reliable if the sample has been tested only once. One should test the samples repeatedly. Only when the results do not differ from each other, they can be considered reliable.
4. You have detected different components of the oil that is used as an excipient, and you consider them to be testosterone impurities.
The given components have a liniar structure and contain no impurities of testosterone with steroid structure.
In conclusion.
1. Testosterone E and the oil components have been identified, yet not quatified.
2. The analysis has been done incorrectly, without complying wih the pharmacopeic requirements.

I feel you guys are trying to help here. I see Ashops reason for being pissed as well. The test should answer all questions.
