What's your under developed site??
ad
Everyone at one point or another has a muscle or group that is under developed or just doesn't pop. What is yours and what are you doing to better that part?
Mine is rear delt. I neglected that portion of my shoulder for years until I started seeing these monsters with cannon ball shoulders. Now I work my rear 1st and last on shoulder day. I tend to go light on my front now because they are now over developed due to benching incorrectly. Stupid me!

My cock bro, it seems like no matter what I do it won't grow... lol jk.
My chest has been my main problem. I've been doing more dumbbell presses to make it grow.
I started incorporating my rear delta with my back recently as well as during shoulder day. I always tend to put shoulders on day two and back on day 5 to keep then spread apart. I migh have to through in a chest day with rear delt.
my lower back seems to be a big problem, but i also tend to overtrain that, so i have been trying to take it slower and going a little lighter. lifting one region to hard can cause almost no gains. sometimes it better just to hit something so it feels good rather than to drain yourself out
Deadlifts best way to build that lower back I love em by far my strongest lift
exactly, ive just been hitting a few sets of deadlifts rather than going crazy with lower back workouts, and my results are better than i could have imagined! lower back is coming in great now
Chest I work it and I get stronger consistently but the shape and size I want doesnt come my chest is ripped.though I just want mass I change up my routines every 3-4 workouts trying to keep my body guessing so it will grow but nothing yet like want but imma keep working
Hit them dumbbells hard brother and that chest will grow.
That is something I dont do enough of on chest days I been planninb to go strictly to dumbells for a few weeks mainly because of my front.delts overpowering my pecs ill take your advice
Yeah bro I have found the best way to isolate pecs is to use dumbbells. It's hard to keep your delts and triceps from getting involved on the bench press.
