I get really bad aches/pains in my elbow joints after training... I think its tendons rather than anything else...

On the omega3 but still bad pains..

Can anyone suggest and solution?

Thanks.

I've used them all over the years being an old fart and solgar and dr franks are the best gluc chon msm i could find, particularly the solgar with the ester c. Sometimes using a nuetral grip like on dips for all your presses for a few weeks will allow the tendons to heal without taking anytime off. Mike Mentzer told me about this trick in the early 90's when I told him my tendons were killing me but that I was too much of a savage to take more than a day off. It works, especially when combined with the pills. the nuetral grip does not stress the joints / tendons the same way. You can press dumbells that way, avoid bar presses until fully healed and then work back up to max weight.... high dosage ibuprofen can work also but the toxicity of that stuff only makes it workable for a training session every once in a blue moon, do not rely on that, it will hurt you longterm

Chondroitin sulfate is very good for joints, increases synovial fluid within the joints of arthritic and problem areas.

Legatrin or legatrim with quinine helps aching joints back and its cheap

After a bilateral crush of both feet, run over by forklift! My gait changed, for years I've endured foot pain, and knee pain. Now after three knee surgeries, 2 acl replacements & I clean up of arthritis. I am not in pain... Deca has given me movement, no pain free movement that I have missed for decades! I'm doing squats, leg presses, leg ext & curls again. I'm not trying to kill it yet, but enjoying this new freedom. I do elliptical & treadmill & bike for cardio, not sure if I'll ever try running though. This is my first cycle & I wonder what my off cycle pain will be...

Man this sounds like a nightmare, I pray it never returns.... A lot of people would have given up after all that...

Thanks hrdbdygrrrrrl, I think we had the discussion about the tortoise & hare thing. I'm very wary of pushing things too far, after many trials & learning the hard way. I'm in this for longevity not all out killing it. I've learned that I listen to my body, but although I'm so excited about being pain free, I believe that it is still too early to see what it will be like later, in off cycle. So I cautiously proceed...

I suffer from them constantly with my elbows and I'm using Deca.

I use Tiger Balm afterwards.

Yeah big fan of the Deca for joint problems, also helped me is this mix of oils (Natures Bounty Flax Fish Borage mix) and Primaforce Cissus. I'm back to my old self and my last cycle was in May!

I had bad elbow problems, and now they are simply a memory.

Find out biomechnaically whats causing the problem and work out that deficiency. Lots of elbow problems relate to the forearm. A serious google should help. Messing around with various supplements is only really addressing the symptoms not the cause (i.e you're using a sticking plaster)

Bro... I had this thing cAlled tennis elbow when I was like 17...
Elbows hurted like a mofo when I put stress on em I.e bench, curl etc...
What I did was take 3-4 360mg fish oils and essential fatty plus calcium and multis ... Helped alot...
But what helped me out the most was...
Grab something with a counterweight like a broom, small hammer whatever u can find...
I used a broom.. And hold it from the tip with the weight opposite from you, then straighten your arm out and point the broom riggt infront stretching out your forearm elbow joints with the weight of the broom.. Idk if I make sense.. But Ill try and link you to the website I got this from... Worked wonders for me.. (:

MSM is great for joints and tendons

....and very light (bar only) reverse curls pre-workout does wonders for ulna nerve pain in the elbows
