Biceps are one of those muscles that for me need lots of variety of exercises, rep ranges, weight etc. They are a difficult one for me, I can work them hard and heavy and achieve sod all if I'm not mixing it up. I like to finish with a big drop set of 40 to 50 reps to really take mine to the point where a 5kg dumbbell causes true failure.
To give you an honest answer. It is nothing less than years of consistent training, nutrition and rest. With of course AAS use. The training is also nothing shot of brutal. Get in the gym train like it's the last training sessioin you will ever have and get out of there and eat good clean sources of Protien and Carbs. It is not a simple answer mate. Those guys that you are talking about ahve beentraining for a bloody long time. Bodybuilding is a 10 year apprenticeship mate.
Thats it mate. Everyone wants an easy way of doing things. If it came to us easily then we all would be massive . I think people get a bit put off by the fact its tough work in the gym.
