when should i start my next cycle?

last shot was spt 21 a friday. started my 2 week from that date on a saturday. now im going into my 3rd week of pct. how long should i wait from pct to start next cycle?

Going on my 3rd. I have some prop enough for 8 week's . More on the way for a longer cycle.
hmmm im thinking thats what i want to do.fast acting ester like test p or sust 250. whats a good one? can i start 2 weeks after mt pct?
Sus usually contains test decionate, which lingers around for a while. How many cycles have you done? If you have a few under your belt prop and npp would be ideal

That's the protocol. You could always run short cycles with fast acting esters if you don't want to take that long of a break. Do it right so you don't have to blast and cruise. Youre only 26, time is on your side ;-)
clyce was ten weeks of test e. start date july 2nd. so six weeks after my pct
If cycle was 10 weeks plus 4 weeks pct, assuming you started pct 2 weeks after last shot, that would put you at 16 weeks off time befor your next cycle
Length of cycle + length of pct = time off
