Favorite Bulking workout

ad

post your favorite bulking workout for the week.Days off, days training,exorcises/style, rep range etc.I'm a fan of light reps to build a pump and the jump into heavy compound exercises and then dropset my way down to minimal weight(3rd of what I started with) and from there do supersets. My favorite rep range for heavy compounds is 4-8perfect form. I start off monday:upper-back,thighs then tuesday lower-back, hamstrings wensday chest, abbs, calves, thursday tricep, bicep, upperback friday lower-back, thighs/hamstrings saturday tricep, chest, traps sunday calves,upper-back,light bicep(just light curls perfect form for an intense pump.

I do mainly compound movements when bulking,, keep it simple like 2 feel sets then 3-4 working sets on all my workouts during the week.

same as you mate, all heavy as fuck, just bench, deads, squats, then small shit on any other day... dont know what abs are so i cant comment on them haha

I dont count sets, reps or amount of weight on the bar either...
I just know that a bending bar is a good sign hahaha..

Im not a doctor or a bodybuilder by any means... but that training, 8000cals daily and a lot of test/slin work ;)

you kinda need them extra carbs on slin... or you end up on the ground doing the "funky chicken"....

My favorite is pretty much the same as your favorite except every other week I would go very heavy to the 1-5 rep range, if i get over then great! take a little longer on breaks then repeat for 5 sets. Then I would go back to what your talking about the week after.

I do that every other week too!:) gotta break through those plateaus right, I will also throw in sum heavy isos the week after my norm, this I find radically boosts my strength!
