Doing Adam Charlton's workout routine. Any tips?

ad

Just finished an awesome 12 weeks on Deca/Test Ethanate cycle (Deca 300, Test 600 per week) and so I thought it would be a good idea to start getting cut by slowly reducing my calories to around 2600 a day, and then dropping them by 200 a week.

Here's the routine, it's a five day split with a high volume (12 sets on average) per exercise. I'm also adding yoga on Saturdays and doing 30 min of cardio in the evenings twice a week.

Has anyone had any experience with this approach, and getting cut? I don't mind losing stregnth or size really. I'm right now 5"10, 188lbs and around 14%bf.

FST is Fascia Strecth Training, in other words doing 7 sets of 12, with very little rest (15-30 seconds max) in order to maximize your pump and stretch the fascia tissue that connects the muscle to the bone. When that tissue is looser, the muscle looks bigger.
