Changing things up (again) just to keep the body guessing (muscle confusion is a GOOD thing!) Going to spend a month doing 2 adays hitting the same muscle groups 2x a day - pushing in the am and pulling in the pm.

how would a push movement go for the back?
56tooI dont quite get ur post though. Same muscle group 2x day yet pushing and pulling are 2 different muscle groups. Clarify for me.
i.e. Chest: a.m. bar work/p.m. cable work etc...
Push/pull twice ?
56tooLast week I did isolation chest w/o with reps in the 15-20 range then the very next day I did chest AGAIN doing flat, incline,decline 5sets of 6-8 and WOW what a change that was.
Yuck lol I hate 2 adays but they're so good
