+ 5 High carb diet - watch the glucose

ad

Carbs equal size as well as energy so many of us load heavy when Bulking... One issue is that carbs turn to sugar which can spike the glucose levels in some of us. One way to level out glucose that has proven itself (to me) is Parley and Garbanzo beans:

1 cup parsley
1 cup garbanzo beans
1 lemon (optional - good for liver function)

Boil down in 2 cups water

Strain and drink the magic potion, I drink this once in the morning and once at night

My glucose levels dropped by 6 in a week :))

Food doesnt level out glucose levels your pancreas does. As long as your not diabetic you dont have to worry about glucose levels.

I am finding that carbs are key to muscle growth. Now that I hear you say this it reinforces the current direction I've been taking. Curious, do you eat the beans or do you strain them out and just drink the starchy water? Or do you juice them/blend them? Do you drink/eat it before meals? Instead of meals? Thanks bro

also, a couple supplements which help the blood sugar are r-ala and chromium.
another natural way is peanut butter, this will lower the gi of any carb if you eat the peanut butter prior.
