So I'm coming off TRT
ad
So as alot of you know I've come off trt due to an ongoing RC issue. Well, I'm starting to notice some tenderness in the tendons. Staying ON has been niiiiice, hitting it hard with strength and stamina but it also diminished my capacity to objectively guage my body. Learning curve I guess... Even though it "felt" like me the reality is it was me but "better".
Moral of the story: Everything has a price. We who choose to dance with immortality will have to drink deep the bitterness of our own mortality... Eventually
just to clear up any confusion I'm coming off trt NOT getting off, handling my business then it's back to business!

AnonIt sounds like your body and heart is telling you something , and its good you arent ignoring the signals. Good luck feel better
Fuck i think it might be the fire and ice lube we have been using causing a slight change in your bodies chemistry:( hmmmm get better sorry :,(
At least there was no powdered glass in it this time
Get well soon!
BostonSo...you're quitting juicing or quiting trt?? I thought trt was permanent, no turning back? Im confused. What exactly do you mean brother?
Quitting?! HA!! Simply regrouping! Very few partake in Manna then decide they've had enough... LOL
tread-mI was confused as well. Look down to his replies below my original post, sort of lays it out.
Steroids make a great slave, but a cruel master.
AnonWOW... thats deep and oh so true bro.
AnonGood luck bro, ive been on awhile myself and will be tryin a restart in nov. Maybe try some gh as a bridge thats what im doing along with a rediculus expensive pct.
tread-mIt all dopends on your natty numbers H. I will put it like this, if you look at a 70 year old and tgake into account all of his health issue assuming he is not a genetic freak (99% are not). You can map those health issues backwards and they will almost always lead you to the origin of health decline which is test decline. Pretty simple cause and effect and of course the frustration is that we have a cure for this. Think of this in order of occurance and no, all people will not have the same issues but all men will have test decline and all men will have some ramifications as a result of that decline.
Random order of occurance;
Test decline
Slower metabolic rate
More test decline
Fat gain/muscle loss or harder to hold or maintain current muscle
More test decline
Weight gain slight elevation in bp
Lower rate of axis balance
More test decline
Decline in other hormone function incl?uding thyroid being hormone catalyst again, lower metabolic rate.
Hyper tension
For some, type 2 diabetes
Further test decline, for some elevated SHBG ROBBING MORE TEST, continued slowing in metabolic function
Destination...predisposition for all disease genetically predisposed to .
This is all very simple to me, if you have a hormone in decline and that hormone can be corrected then you correct it not for immortal reasons but for reasons of health. Trt is not about "staying yoked" for me . Its simply "we have a cure for this". I don't mean run 100 mg ed prop or even eod but if you can even roadmap your use to be around 600 in test level you are going to be much healthier than below 300 natty. Same goes for insulin or thyroid or gh, we have cures for hormones out of balance and if you choose not to use the term cure then we have "effective" treatment. I have been blast and cruise (trt) for about 3 yrs (this nov) and I feel better, look better, do stay pretty well yoked btw and just act younger. I mean act younger in that I do things 25 yr olds do. Climbed the rock wall to the top at the fair last year for example to the top and never saw a 25 yr old one do it in the hr or so we watched. I work around young guys that would kill to keep my pace and just not much I can think of the young bucks can do that I can't aside of run women off with bad technique! lol. I had a joke conversation gloing with a young guy that works for me and he said joking "I can do anything you can with the ladies". I said no little tike you can't because 90% of what I know I learned from being bored and finding new ways, you're not old enough to be bored yet, you're still surprised your even getting laid! Loool we're the silverbacks brother and no reason in the world we can't be healthy and thats what I'm talking about here, not mortal or immortal, thats not really a good comparison when referring to my personal use. I don't feel immortal on hrt but I feel young and this is not a practice run brother, it is your one life..."healthy".
100% agree t-dawg... My point was it feels as if I taxed my tendon to muscle ratio a little harshly due to masking effects. I'm still on my personal learning curve with trt and I may have been a bit exuberant.
...and I didn't mean to imply immortality as staying yoked, I was speaking of an entire year without having to crash
tread-mThat makes sense and btw, I've even wondered if a month ayear crash would be beneficial to the diversity that might actually prompt the body to be stronger and go into a "fight" mode. Have not had the gumption to try yet but it does make me wonder. Similar thoughts to how much healthier a kid is when he grows up if he had a few childhood diseases as opposed to vaccinated for everything and has a body that never faced diversity. Just a thought in my head and applied the science of the childhood disease research and health but I wonder and think about these things. Hope you get it all ironed out . Let me say this in case you have not heard any of us talk about it, I am a hardcore believer in using turmeric daily in my supps. Had a tendon issue for a very long time and upon beginning the use of turmeric recommended to me the tendonitis in my arm completely went away in just 3 weeks or so. I could all of a sudden sling bigger iron in curls which was the big issue before and 8kve had no more issue since. It is now showing to bebeneficial in bp health, tendon and muscle health and is being researched for cancer prevention as it has been shown group studies showed less incidense of cancer than the genral pop. Just a thought and if not using sure can't hurt to give it a try. Good ?luck with it all hrother and keep us posted!
AnonTread, Is Tumeric a supliment found in most vitamin shops ? Or are you using it from the supermarket spice aisle ?
Turmeric, Got it!
I also figured I would use this window to do a full on levels check- OFF which I know I'm bottomed out, ON will be running 750 of someone's gear and test the numbers, and TRT see how I look on a baseline of 200cyp and figure it out from there
X2 on the turmeric Brother T turned me on it really helped my golfers elbow.
tread-mBtw, had a guy here a while back with the thoughts, "regular dose turmeric good, huge dose better". He dropped his bp to a very dangerous level. So I try to remember to say just use the bottle recommended dose and forget sometimes. I knokw you don't think in those terms but just so you knew, just an herb/spice but can be dangerous abused or very healthy used right.
Todays herbs were yesterdays medical science
tread-mYessir
Very well said, no one should be "staying on" just to be yoked. TRT was originally meant for health benefits, not to be the big guy at your local gym. We have only one life to live lets make it a long and healthy one.
tread-mThanks BB as always. Long healthy roll to the death box I always say! Actually, I never say that and just thought of it but it sounded cool.
Hahaha it does sound cool.
There is mounting evidence that "complete" rest is actually detrimental to recovery, and light working through range of motion (along with anti-inflamatories, ice and stretching) are far superior.
The time off from any AAS will do you much good and will make you much more receptive when the party starts again.
