The Bread Thread....

ad

Brothers, I enjoy my bread. I like having sandwiches at lunch, toast with my breakfast, and some garlic bread with my spaghetti. Now when I'm cutting, ofcoarse, i go no bread. But it's part of my everyday general diet. Lately I've been trying to be a little picky of my breads, being I still watch my carb intake while maintaining.

So my question to you all is what breads are y'all eating? Cause I know ya eating it!

None. My wife and I decided to stop bread. We haven’t purchased any in a month and we don’t miss it. I’ll use some corn tortillas for things, but that’s it.
I’ve noticed a little difference, but my wife has noticed a big change in her digestion and less swelling.

Corn tortillas go a long way especially when ur not eating bread. Lol. I haven't noticed a big difference in digestion (the little bit of bread I do eat, I try to eat quality), but I have noticed a big difference in weight management. Thanks brother.

Dave’s killer bread any kind is good. My favorite is the white bread loaded with healthy grains. They also have a program where they hire mostly people with criminal records and give them a second chance which is another good thing about he company.

I like sourdough and If I have it it’s post workout. I noticed I don’t feel as bad after I eat it compared to normal bread. I thought it was because the gluten is degraded by the fermentation of the dough but turns out I’m not intolerant. The fermentation breaks down other hard to digest carbs (FODMAPS) and makes it easier on me and I’m not as bloated. Less gas = less awkward at work lol

This week I bought some sourdough bread from my local bakery. I have to say I'm a big fan. I only eat one slice a day and it's hard to refrain from seconds. I havent noticed any difference in bloat, being I only eat a minimum. I did notice it had enriched white flour, an ingredient I tend to stay away from, but next time I'll try to find one made with more organic ingredients. Thanks again brother

Yes bread is good but of course you can't overdo it; or do it at all on a cut. But it isYummy!

I do try to eat healthy. Breads are gonna be on the dinner table especially cooking for others (kids) not on your nutrition plan. This morning I woke up a little late for work, so me and the kiddos had boiled eggs and toasted guilt free bagels w butter and strawberry chunks.

7 years ago when I was struggling with obesity I made a decision to stop eating shit.
I was from country side and there are no fast food restaurants available, and BREAD is great same thing(huge amounts).
So my decision was to stop eating bread of any kinds, and sugar(that white sweet grain stuff) I lost shot load of weight in next year and don't look back to that time.

So mine would be noone.
But my favorite was just plain soft white bread with butter and ham...

I have any options you want. Sara Lee,brownberry, and Thomas. I own a bread route and the only thing I can say is. I hate bread. It doesn't matter what kind it is. I haven't liked it since I seen it everyday

Bread....holy shit. Maybe after we work through this gay topic we can talk about our favorite brand of purse, where we like to go shopping, and then maybe our favorite backstreet boy.

Bread and spaghetti are never what I would consider Bodybuilding foods
