To all my brothers and sisters here at eroids, "Laissez les bons temps rouler"!! This is cajun french for "let the good times roll". Its a common phrase said down south among friends and family partaking in good food and drinks.

So whats everyone cooking to bring luck, fortune, and health in this new year? Ill be cajun boiling 6doz crabs, honey glazing a spiral cut ham, sauteed garlic buttered cabbage, and some crockpot blackeye peas.
