is this ok for a diet?

ad

what im planning to do: meal replacement shake for breakfast and lunch, sensible low fat high protein dinner (ie lean stake, salmon, chicken, veggies etc)3 snacks in between. the shake im using was suggested to me and its max muscle gourmet protein. reason i would like to use shakes is because i travel alot for work and i really dont want to stop and get food from those Fast food places (plus im trying to save money). any suggestions to tweak or add? thanks for the help!

what are your plans for snacks? I was taught to eat 6x a day spread out as equal as possible... every meal shud have a protein and carb.. Bro I've eaten cold oatmeal by the pound...

I take a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat, and 9 egg whites(hardboild discarded yolks) for snack. and make something to heat up the night before or make a big sandwich w/ cajun turkey right now...
My best pointer is toast your bread before you bag the sandwich so it isnt soggy.
get ya a six pack cooler at least... granola bars, oats, cottage cheese, I like grilled chicken w/ a touch of bbq cold or reheated..salads pack nicely as well

Water man, lotsa water at least a gallon/ day

im currently at 259lbs (my new record) and im going for 180 and 15-20%bf, the shakes have 281 calories (2 scoops) 35g protine (was told i need at least 200 for my weight as i am doing cardio and workouts with my trainer at a gym)
