+ 1 Cheat your sweet tooth
I'm cutting, but sometimes get the urge for sweets like all of us. Wanted to share a couple healthy alternatives to junk food and empty calories
1) a great alternative to icecream is plain, fat free Greek yogurt. However, you can squeeze in a few drops of any "water enhancer'. It doesn't take much, and doesn't add any carbs or extra sugar but makes a really tasty snack.
2) crack 2-4 eggs into a blender with a banana. Pour in 6 oz. of frozen chopped spinach. Put a small squeeze of crystal lite strawberry lemonade water flavoring into the water before you blend. This flavor really brings out the flavor of the banana. You won't be able to taste the spinach at all but it does give you the same thickness/ texture of a milkshake.Get your veggies and banana milkshake sweet tooth knocked out at once.
