Well I realize this will be frowned upon , but I must admit I have a sweet tooth. I find things like ice cream/ apple pie or cakes to be just disasterous to my weight , but a little bit of candy not quite as bad . Unfortunately I usually reach for the candy when Im stressed. Not so much a chocolate bar, but a jolly rancher or gummy bears.
Im trying not to do that but have found what I think is not quite as bad and still satisfies that sweet tooth. They are all natural Ginger chews. Only 2g sugar per piece but obviously you have to like ginger.

Anyone got any other things that arent quite so bad.

Hey Noviceass, those EXTREME SOUR PATCH KIDS are the bomb!!!! I love the sour gummies. But you're not alone my man, I get a craving for something sweet almost daily... just gotta fight it cause once I have one bowl of ice cream, I'm eating the whole quart.... worse than a damn kid man... keep the usual snacks like apples, watermelon, etc. But I must admit, its never as good as those Twix Ice Cream bars!

Exactly I eat a bag of gummies post work...perfectly fine.
