-1 Weight loss

ad

Hi guys I’m looking to make my weight lost journey a bit more easier, I’ve lost 43 pounds so far. But it’s getting harder and harder to get to where I want. I am 37 years old and I’ve never seen my abs before. I am on a strict diet, I run an hour to two a day. And I lift weight here and there. I’m more of a runner than a lifter.

Anyways, I am looking into clen.

What do you guys think, any recommendations for something anabolic to jack up my weight lost!

I lift weight here and there

Running alone will cause you to loose muscle and fat. If you don't have abs, you'll look like a refuge from Auschwitz. Clen will not get you abs.

Lifting is also cardio.
What you need to do is some crunches and sit-ups.

I just couldn't get past that statement of his. We're all good bro

I would keep tracking your meals and stay under your calories. just cut cut cut. be patient, theres no good shortcut ...except hard fucking work and sacrifice to getting abs. wait until you see your abs ( and all of them) before you start a cycle. I would even forget about clen and anabolics during weight loss ...at least for now. You only have so many blasts in your lifetime, use them wisely. the battle for abs is won in the kitchen

Dont think it works that way with anabolics. Stay the course on diet and look into carb/calorie cycling. I'm a runner and 1 to 2 hours a day of running will smash your body. Get all your hormones tested and see if there is an underlying issue. Keep in mind "weight is just a number" body comp and health are alot more important.

You’re 6’3” and 195 and don’t have any abs? That’s seems suspect. I’m 5’11” and like 215-220 atm and still have some abs.

rubenzsb's picture

I have more fat than muscle

Zalewski's picture

Well on a technicality I know that. I’m saying that you should have enough muscle at 195 and 6’3” to have abs. If you legitimately don’t then how skinny are you. Post a pic to the forum

he just lost 43lbs lol he probably has no muscles from all the cardio and no lifting.

Dam!! I'm 6' even, hover around 235 and my one ab makes me look like Mike Lindell paid me to smuggle My pillows into the DNC headquarters. Lol

I agree.. maybe the op can share his diet and training programs?

Anabolics are not the solution to weight loss. Diet will determine your weight loss, there are compounds which can assist in weight loss but their effect is negligible if you're not getting stage ready in my opinion. Don't risk messing up your health just to drop a few extra pounds a little bit quicker than if you just dieted and had some patience.

rubenzsb's picture

I’m telling you I’ve already lost 40+ pounds, and it’s harder now. Plus I want to start getting into anabolics.

blackjack115's picture

Congratulations on losing the 40+ pounds but it getting harder doesn't mean you just hop on anabolics. Don't you get it steroids don't make you lose fat easier that's not what they're meant for.

rubenzsb's picture

t3 + clen do.

Halsey's picture

These are 2 compounds that should(maybe not) only be used by professionals. They come with high potentials of thyroid and heart risks. Not a good idea!

He's trolling bro...

Halsey's picture

I know, occasionally trolls need hugs too. Definitely a cop! Nobody( except the elite) runs 1-2 hours a day, that is just fuckery. I used to get in around 8 miles in an hour, fucking hard and painful, hell on the body.

Hustle28's picture

Try 5 in 35mins ;-) with boots lol painful!! But yes only LE or active duty dudes run that much lol fucking obvious.

Halsey's picture

I've put in over 1000 miles a year running several times. I think my highest total was close 1300 miles. Basically that's running 5 days a week, 5 miles each of those days all year long. Callouses, injury, feet, dehydration, electrolytes, you name it, shit is hard on the body. This was on top of cross training 6 days a week too at 40 years old.

Hustle28's picture

I actually stopped running 2 yrs ago because my body just needed it. Just like you thousands of miles for years running also thousands of miles swimming rucking crawling you name it fam so I feel ur pain lol.

I would advise runners to not think for the first 3-4 miles until you go numb then fly.

Jesus! I just lost 15lbs reading this. I need some carbs pronto!... lol..
