So here's some history on myself.

The past 5 years of my life have been chaotic to put it mildly. I was drinking and drugging on a basically daily basis up until a year ago (I have a year sober). At my skinniest I was 146 pounds. I'm 5'9. Back in 2013. November 2013 I started doing P90X and brought myself to 155, around 12-15% bf. January 2014 I found a local source and ran a 6 month organ murder spree filled with deca, mast, anavar, tren, sust 400, test 400, test e, and dbol. Ran it with adex the last 2 months. Pct was hcg 500iu a day 10 days followed by Clomid and more adex plus a test booster called Pro Test. Can't seem to find it anymore as much as I've searched. Anyway. After those 6 months of doing everything crazy I landed at 175-6 at 9% bf. Shortly after I was in 2 car accidents that injured me to where I couldn't work out at all. I've worked out on and off, but nothing ever serious or committed.

After 3 years, one of which sober, I weigh now 162 at I'm guessing 14-16% bf. Within the next 30 days I'm moving to a new apartment with my wife, I'm starting a full time job where ill be working mostly 3rd shift from 11pm-7am, standing. Its currently 12:06 am, I smoked my last cigarette about 10 minutes ago and drank my last soda with it.

When I wake in the morning I'm going to start a 7 day cleanse (Nature's Secret: 7 Day Ultimate Cleanse) I don't expect much from it but I hope it will at least remove some bloat and such.

Here are my current goals before I start hitting the gym after my second paycheck at my new job. I'm skinny-fat. This is what I mean.

https://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/i’m-skinny-fat…what-next

I weigh 162 at 14-16% bf. I look skinny but all my fat goes to my lower abdomen and my legs.
I want to drop to 10-12 percent through diet and exercise. I have no access to weights until I hit the gym, so all exercise will be body weight exercises. Maybe (though I despise it) some cardio. I have a $300 budget for now on food for both me and my wife. (Times are tough right now but within the next 2 months that will thankfully change).

I could really use some suggestions on how I should go about this. Anything from nutrition to work outs. I really appreciate the help. God Bless

At that budget if you keep it clean you shouldn't have any problem cutting the skinny fat off. I eat 8 meals a day lot of chicken or fish rice and roast beef and PBJ sandwiches oatmeal and eggs bananas and oranges. Frozen fruit . Yogurt and cottage cheese. Hit about 4000 plus cals a day. Cost less than 100 a week. Have a fiancée and between the two of us we have 8 kids. Not all are at-home all the time. So the rest of the grocery bill is wtf! Shop at Sam's and the walmart. No gas station food or McDonald's. I do have a thing for the XXL burrito from taco bell. Eat three of those a week. Good luck with your adventure. Keep you head up and don't let any one get you down. Congrats on the sobriety I'm clean a while also.

$300 a what? Week? Month? I eat about 6,500 cals a day for roughly $70 a week shopping exclusively at Walmart. Money won't be an issue if you're not expecting exquisite cuisine every night.

A month

I spend 100 a week and I weigh 210. Not including my wife. Food is going to be your biggest budget so you may want to wait until you can afford to train hard and cycle. 300 a week for two people you are going to be eating a lot of processed shit because of your budget and you will stay skinny fat. No amount of aas or training will compensate for that.

I was thinking a chicken/tuna/rice/steamed veggies diet. Running a hundred a week I'd think that's doable correct?

That's doable on $50 a week.

Congrats and staying clean. Thats a huge deal in and of itself. Idk where you live but if you have a walmart nearby that sells food, look for the 10 and 20lb bags of frozen chicken. I buy it sometimes, and yea its not the greatest but i dam sure does the job. And a little Mrs Dash on the top. Good to go. Eggs are really cheap.right now as well. One thing Inwould do being as your going ro be on a crazy schedule is prepare all the meals you will need for workahead of time. Take that 20lb bag of chicken and throw it on the grill or i. The oven. Then split it up into different meals. Cook a bunch of rice or whatever u like. Veggie steamer bags are pretty cheap at walmart as well.. Buy whatever you can in bulk and invest in tupperware. Makes sticking to your caloricgoals a lot easier and will help prevent you from getting hungry and hitting the snack machine. If your lke me and cannot go without sweets thriw something in to curb the carb craving. Peanut butter or my new favoritething is to make pudding out of my cheap whey powder. Anyway good luck and again congrats! Sounds like your getting off to a good (new ) start. And keep up the no smoking. I quit last year. One of the best things I ever did. Plus, think of the extra cash you can add into the food budget. Good luck!

Definitely appreciate the input. And thank you! I live in a pretty enormous city, super Wal-Mart's are just about everywhere. I was thinking of the chicken but the frozen veggies hadn't crossed my mind. A+. Thinking of incorporating lots of tuna and maybe I can find some deals on tilapia. Wild rice rather than white. Whole grain rather than regular whites.

No prob, also, the bigvest issue I had when quitting smokes was needing something to occupy me. To take theplave of the smokes. So I filled an old coffee can up with tootsie and blow pops and for 3 days straight I constantly had one in my mouth. I dont thunk I could have quit without doing that. Give it a shot I think it will help you as well.

Also, there is an app called smoke free which counts your smoke free hours and calculates the amount of money you've saves on cigarettes. I still have mine running and its amazing how much money I would have spent if I continued smoking. Where I live they are very expensive. I smoked newport reds because they were among the cheapest at 9.25 a pack!

Contrary to popular belief, long grain white rice has almost exactly the same glycemic index as brown rice. It's a longstanding nutritional myth that brown rice is "better," and that's been systematically debunked a million and one times by peer reviewed studies, but somehow that fallacy to this day is still purported as truth.

First time I hear that. I'll be looking into it, thanks bud

To clarify I didn't take all that gear together for 6 months. Month 1 was tren e 200 test e 250, month two added anavar, month three tren e 200 test 400, month 4 deca 300 test 400 mast 200, month 5 deca 300 sust 400 mast dbol 50mg ed. Pin monday/Thursday all 5 cycles. By month I meant cycles. Ran about 6 months. Thats to the best of my memory which isn't always the greatest
