He cried and cried about being neg 1 . I saw where he got to like 10 or something then back to neg one. May be wrong. I have been before

I cannot under any circumstances let my girlfriend see this post.

I'm not promoting this as it will work for you, but it did work for me

You call this a success? 1% fat loss, .4 change in BMI

Try the same thing but toss in a steak and greens without adding the sauces, dressings, or butter. I bet you'll get better results

My Second Life's picture

you're probably right but hat would have defeated the test

Johnny Bravo's picture

I forget what you did to the potatoes (I remember refrigerating for some time) but I think it would be interesting to do it again testing different cooking conditions. I saw somewhere on T nation that immediately freezing starch overnight makes a much more significant difference (like 50%). If you believe the diet was a success it would be good to test it with better parameters and compare with your last results. If there’s a much bigger difference it could be a big help to people using a standard calorie deficit as another tool in the toolbox.

No, the test isn't done unless you have something to compare it to. So do what I said for the same period of time and test my hypothesis.

As it stands, compared to other dieting techniques, your results were a failure. You made no statistically significant change to your weight or body composition.

Test is done vs stasis. And it was a just s fucking test. Now I see why noobs don't stay here very long or participate. Shitty comments from hyper critical asshat mods, Fuck this site

Is it because you're a millennial, or because you're having your period that you can't defend your test results without having a hissy fit?

Lighten up snowflake.

You could get the same results with a better mood following the “Beaver Diet”...
Seems to make the wife kinda salty, so you do have to watch the sodium intake.

It really wasn't that bad after the first few days, I wouldn't do it again but I wanted to see the results

I agree with the fasted cardio. Because it makes sense and seems to work for me I know I have been watch coach Greg.( Greg ducette) think he has video on fasted cardio. He says food is our friend and should not do any thing fasted except sleep.
