I saw somewhere on T nation that immediately freezing starch overnight makes a much more significant difference (like 50%). If you believe the diet was a success it would be good to test it with better parameters and compare with your last results. If there’s a much bigger difference it could be a big help to people using a standard calorie deficit as another tool in the toolbox.
No, the test isn't done unless you have something to compare it to. So do what I said for the same period of time and test my hypothesis.
