Fat Loss Slow or Stopped

I'm hoping I've done this correctly - but I attached a screen shot of a typical day's food intake for me. I am looking to lose BF and I can't tell if I've slowed down fat burn, or if it's non existent (I might just be impatient)
I attached the snip in "self-shots" under mezzoaggro - If I need to go about providing info, please let me know.
current weight 190
current BF 23% (using accumeasure calipers)
age 50
cardio - 30 minute bootcamp style in the mornings (fasted)
weights (progressive overload - barbell and dumbell mainly with some machines -squat, bench, press, dead
on TRT
