MeinuntergangThis might sound ridiculous, but if you're serious about weight loss, you should cut both carbs and fat, revamp your protein intake to stave off catabolism as much as possible, and supplement with Ephedrine Hydrochloride or Albuterol 'not as effective as Clenbuterol, but will help your breathing' which will help you with cardio. Depending on how much time you have to train, you can dedicate two hours for working out. An hour for HITT cardio, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then an hour for weights. Since you're trying to get cut, I'd say circuit training or super-setting will be your best bet. Switch your work out every 4 weeks to avoid plateaus and have uninterrupted progress. Good luck!
Clen helps my breathing, but it is not meant for everyone, since the sides can be harsh for some. If you get good clen or albut, you will be jittery as hell the first few days, even on a low dose. Many people find those sides to be so uncomfortable, that they stop using the drug, and never touch it again. I start to feel better after the first few days. For fat-loss I like to take T3+T4 for 3 week,s and then take Clen for 3 weeks, and repeat. It works good if you eat enough clean calories, so you don't lose muscle and increase the cardio. The best way to make changes to your body is to change your diet, change your excersize routine, and take supplements that can assist you. Lifestyle changes need to be made to meet your goals, I never understood why people work so hard to lose weight, only to revert back to there old habits and gain the weight back..
