REPEAT

Average macros: 1,920 cals, 65%protein, 20% carbs, 15% fat.
Im 195-200lbs, my basic caloric needs are 2,600-2,700 so ill be eating on average a 700 calorie deficit. Im using this diet to close out the ebc. Before someone says too many shakes...typically my first meal would have 10 egg whites instead of the 2 scoops of whey but i have been banned from cooking them at my office. so if im home its egg whites if at office its a shake. brussel sprouts can be changed to spinach, asparagus, broccoli
* I might add the basis of this came from papaswoles post on cutting diets...its just adjusted a bit to fit my schedule and routine and amounts are changed a bit. im also trying to cycle my total calories to see if i can crank my metabolism any higher

Where's the cake? LOL ;-P
Heard some interesting info on the George Farah and Kai Greene Seminar Phil113kg posted about eggwhites not being a good choice as they are incomplete protein without the yolk and can give you the shits! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WNgxBfWvIzE

the cake should be in your "everything sweet bulking diet". i saw the video too! definitely interesting, i just use them for protein filler...i gotta get some volume somewhere. i have an iron stomach so no issues there lol

that is definitely a diet, nice work bro!
.. personally however I avoid wheat, gluten in general, dairy, and juices.. of course here and there but it's very rare.. eggs are great but limited intake. walnuts, almonds , pistachios are great choices as well.. kale is a great green to consider adding in.. between almonds and kale you get lots of calcium, and walnuts are an amazing nut.. Quinoa is a great food to have and consider Ezekiel bread. hope these give you some ideas to add variety to your diet brohiem

ezekiel low sodium bread is awesome! good add with the nut choices and kale! if they are on sale i get them, this week it happened to be mixed nuts, brussel sprouts, and broccoli. quinoa most definitely! but im really carb sensitive so only when im bulking

levelup's picture

ive been eating day 2 everyday plus 1/2oz more of almonds, so around 2,400 cals and have been fine. ive eating low at 1,900 cal a day before and it takes some getting used to but its not that bad. im interested to see the results of varying the total calories while keep my average calories at a deficit
