BigJs Extreme Pre contest Diet
Cutting back on the carbs trying to shred up and came across this Pre contest Diet, Just wondering if anyone has ever given it a try. Basicly its a 7 day diet plan, and each day you lower your carbs until they bottom out to ZERO for the last 3 days. So it would look something like this ,for a 250pd man, 1)350g 2)250g 3)150g 4)50g 5)0 6)0 7)0
. Sounds like a quick way to shed pounds for a contest but 3 days without carbs seems a bit to much for me. Looks like the body would go catabolic and eat muscle.
If any body has every expermented with this hit me up, I'm currently trying like a 3 day on, 2 day off. Another thing I would be interested in seeing a meal plan for days with zero carbs! Heres the link

Going to defently give that a try in few weeks. Like the science behind it, losing fat without losing muscle and droping carbs sounds to good to pass up. Going to send a friend request, want to see how this diet progress for you. How the energy level?
the energy levels are shit. your mood generally is always shit. but thats when you gotta look yourself in the mirror and ask your self what are you doing this for in the first place? Then you put your big boy pants back on and keep on. The results are bar none the best cut I have ever experienced the only trade off is the hunger, mood and energy.
I haven't completely dropped all carbs, I'm still doing 1/2 cup brown rice at 3rd meal of 6, but energy is shit. Does it stay like this cause I'm not lifting like usually do or want to. Any thing to look forward to? Good news is pounds are falling off, 8# in 8 days, can see outlines of abs now!
you have to change your workouts to accommodate your new diet, not your diet to accommodate the workouts. low weight high reps faster pace is key. only thing to look forward to is completion of the goal.
