Veggies while bulking

How many include vegetables while bulking? I feel like if I dropped mine out I could get a little more carbs and protein in per meal

AnonSweet Potatoes, Broccoli and Asparagus for me
I tend to get lazy when bulking and not all gong hoe about cooking veggies. What I do though is I always keep a tub of spinach in the fridge and eat a handful or two with each meal. Quick, easy and gets the job done.
LaTTTimer99Haha - I like the way you think man! ;)
I'm sure you already know this? Sweet potatoes / yams are fairly nutrient-dense and do qualify as a vegetable, and happen to be right up there in terms of the best carb.
I feel your pain bro - there's only so much room in my gut every 2.5 hours for 12 oz meat, my carbs, and my water - so one of my solutions to this problem is to blend a big ass handful of fresh kale & a big ass handful of fresh spinach with my water. You blend it for >30 seconds it should liquify everything without compromising the fiber or vitamins, and it is now your beverage instead of a big ass salad you have to chew and eat.
PS if you start this, make sure you blend it, not juice it - when you juice the vegetable you lose all the fiber...
Spinach and kale I cannot do!! Gross lol I've been swapping up between green beans and broccoli
LaTTTimer99Naw bro - try it first before you say that - seriously man when you BLEND spinach & kale, you really don't "taste" the vegetable - kale maybe, but if taste is that big of an issue for you, all you have to do is blend in a little bit of Crystal Light lemonade powder, or an Emergen-C fizz vitamin packet, or a scoop of flavored BCAA - seriously bro you should try it! When you blend it all together you can chug it quick, and seriously it doesn't taste bad.
WAY better than having to add an extra 15 minutes to your eating time chewing up a big nasty plate of kale - lol.
i think vegies should be included in a cut and bulk because its good for you.
