+ 1 Like ice cream but better
ad
So I figured I try something new last night and it turned out amazing! I'm a big fan of ice cream but its makes me fat... So i improvised. what I did was got some plain no fat Greek yogurt (1 serving) put a scoop of ON cinnamon graham protein, banana handful of natural almonds and natural chunky peanut butter. Mixed it up very good and stuck it in the fridge for about an hour and it basically turned out like ice cream! This will defiantly be my new meal before bed now

I like to take protein powder and mix it up with very little water so its kinda thick. Stick it in the freezer until frozen. Its almost like eating ice cream. Simple trick and satisfies a craving so you don't stray from your diet.
LaTTTimer99I started using this stuff man - good shit. I got some brand "FAGE" http://products.usa.fage.eu/fage-total-0-6-oz
Thanks for the heads up on this stuff! I always thought these yogurts were full of sugar and had whey protein concentrates as filler - good taste, no fat, very few carbs, and good protein plus the probiotics.
It'll be a constant in my fridge from now on. Good stuff bud - peace

Let me know how you like it man
AnonThis is the brand I use, really good stuff. I go with the whole milk variety and fill it with frozen berries.

Freezer
Anonstuck it in the fridge or freezer ??
There's a lot you can mix and match with this stuff it's really good!
The wal mart brand
Just 1 serving I use a bowl to weigh it out which is 225g it's only 6 grams of sugar, the flavored Greek yogurts have like 22 or so grams which is a lot!
LaTTTimer99Wow - bro can you tell me what brand you use so I can buy some? That's incredibly low carbs - only 6 grams out of 225??? WTF - I need this in my fridge as a staple.
Please let me know, thanks man!
LaTTTimer99+1 Nice switcharoo bud! That sounds good. But, before bedtime? Hey just curious, check the label on your Greek yogurt - they sell people on fat free right but it's usually heavy on sugar... If not, please tell me how many carbs per serving (keep in mind a serving is like 1/2 a cup, you're probably using 3-4 right?)
In either case, way better than ice cream! Good job man keep improvising - ps almond butter is bomb!

From what I understand if he's referring to plain flavor as in plain tart, it should have a sour flavor almost like a mix between cottage cheese and sour cream. Pretty low in sugar.
Yeah but once you mix some stuff in it you won't taste the tartness
