+ 2 Stop the Urge!

ad

The pandemic led me to a saddened state and I started emotionally eating. The results were 70lbs heavier and high bp. Before this I could control cravings no problem but now I find it very difficult.

SO start making a difference mate! Yesterday is gone and today is a new one to change things. Get back in the gym and start eating right again. In this lifestyle you HAVE to stay positive no matter how shit things get - I had a double pec tear just before christmas and it felt like my world was over that night. I thought I would never lift heavy again in my favourite ever exercise - BUT I said right this is the current situation and I can change this if I do it right. Now it is stronger than my uninjured side again! Pull yourself together and Go do it Good Smile

Don’t blame the pandemic bud. Shit happens, all that matters now is going on a diet..

When I ask people these days how they are doing, even those seriously unaffected by the pandemic, they say “hanging in there”. It drives me crazy. Life is what you make it. Got to hit the curve balls as well as the easy fast balls down the middle
