Pancakes with peanut butter crunchy amd skim of nutella over it.

I always 3 pancakes with peanut butter and a skim of nutella. I squirt one blob of dairy cream with a strawberry sliced down the middle. I have this cor breakfast followed by a morning protein shake.
I sometimes have it before bed also. Im already to smash a workout after this!! Its the best thing about bulking lol ill post a pic of them later on.

I think the combination of pancakes and protein shake provides a solid base of carbohydrates and protein, which is essential for muscle recovery and growth, especially during a bulking phase.
