Ahoy peeps. Found this forum online and i have to say its brilliant for guys like me who are just starting their aas journey. Im gonna get stuck in amd read all day here on all the info. The weight gain thread is perfect for me as I atruggle to put weight on. When I figure out how to post a picture i will and get some pointers from the more vetran users of the forum. Im 41 this year so ive left it a while to start.
