Do a 2 month cut then start bulking again
No. Don't do that. Lol.
milk rules for bulkers!! cant be beaten.
Putting on a little fat is inevitable. It's just the way it goes. It's just down to a matter of making sure you don't turn into a fat fuck. Pull back on the milk a bit. Or better yet get rid of it altogether and opt for a different carb source. Ultimately that's the brunt of what you get from milk. I LOVE milk. But once I pulled it completely out of my diet, I leaned out and kept growing. Just replace it with another more clean carb source. Lactose sucks bro. No matter who you are. The diet looks good aside from that, but if you're not getting at LEAST one veggie in there you're just straight up cheating yourself out of health and gains. Throw in a giant handful of spinach into your morning and night shakes. Between that and the pulling milk I can damn near guarantee you'll not only lean out a bit, but you'll feel a lot better. Some people don't realize just how much lactose affects them until they go without it for an extended period. Try it brotha.
Thanks a lot for the advice. I'm amazed at your before and after pictures so I'm going to take your advice. What would you recommend replacing the milk with?
Also do you care if I send you a friend request?
Absolutely send away my friend. Just add up the carbs you'll be losing from the milk and increase your other Carb sources to match it. Don't worry about the fats and protein you have that covered pretty well. If you want something "milk like" for shakes or the occasional bowl of cinnamon toast crunch (my vice) opt for unsweetened unflavored almond milk. Tasty shit actually. Hit me up any time I'm happy to help.
Its only about 40 carbs you'll lose taking out the milk so that's easy. Since we're dialing it back on the carbs you can probably just not worry about replacing it at all.
too many shakes, change for real food, breakfast imo should be 50/50 protein, carbs. post workout needs to be a banquet, eat your steak then, have it with carbs like potato or rice, if you need to gain weight add gravy for extra calories, have some bread or a banana alongside meals, have a shake before bed, a slow release one with full cream milk, veggies are essential, pile them next too your meats, animal flesh 3 times daily.
Just from a quick glance...there is nothing wrong with fruits and vegetables my man. You are completely missing some very essential foods besides carbs and protein. Try to get those 5 servings of plants dude. Your digestive system will thank me later ;-)
