Do you count macros/calories?
ad
Im currenly bulking (natty), and have been debating about counting calories and macros. It just seems like such a chore, as I did it during my cut (my cut was boring as hell chicken and broccoli). For cutting, counting macros did help, then I slowly dropped more calories, without counting, but knew what I was around. But for my bulk, I havent really been counting at all. Im making huge dishes (cooking in bulk), and throwing it in my fridge so I have an assortment of different meals I can make on the fly.
What your guys thoughts on counting macros and calories, for a bulk. Worth the effort, or just fucking EAT?

Bulking...mainly getting 2.5gms protein/lb or more every 3hrs is about all the major counting. Carbs are so easy to get that i keep protein highest.
Have a read of this (http://www.eroids.com/forum/training-nutrition-diet/whats-for-dinner/cal...)
I find counting macros for cutting is useful, but when bulking I usually go by what the mirror tells me.
No1Only when cutting and then I only count cals and protein
