Quick pinning question...
ad
So I still have a few weeks left in my first cycle. So far, I've only pinned quads.
For my next cycle, I want add pins for pecs, bi's and delts. How far should the needle go in for each respective area?

The only places you should pin imo is the glute, quad, and delt. There is no advantage in shooting your pecs and bi's unless your using peptides
the only time i have pinned the smaller muscles is with winny, you have to pin those almost everyday, or EOD and cant pin the same areas because it feels like you literally got punched. i would rather pin winny in the muscle i just worked because it will be sore anyway.
best site for this with detailed information. spotinjections.com
JtizzleI had always gone with quads and delts but started glutes (off gothics advice) and damn that feels sooooo much better than quads!
AnonI always thought pinning glutes was kinda the "starting point? I, myself, am a delt guy
You really need to pin glutes as often as you can, unless you're pinning so often that you risk developing scar tissue. The reason for that is because you want the most soft, tender, least-dense muscle tissue possible, as it provides the most efficient dispersal of the oil. Calves, for example, are a terrible place to pin, as the calves and forearms are the most dense muscle in the body.
If you're pinning often (EOD or ED), then rotate around, and go with what these guys have suggested. In the glutes, I try to go 1.5" in.
Good advice guys...thanks.
size i agree with nasty.....and yes half inch on bi's and pecs. I do both of those. I do quads, delts,bi's,triceps, and pecs. Dont do glutes cause I have a hard time turning and getting comfortable etc...as far as there being no point in pinning those unless your doing suspension I have to disagree. Its just another muscle like any other. Yes maybe smaller than the others but no worries to me. I have nice size triceps, biceps, and pecs. I do them to just have a wide variety of rotation and beleive it or not I find doing my pecs are the easiest, most comfortable, and have never hit a vein or nerve in my pecs or biceps. My veins are clear as day in those two areas. IF you do your biceps I recommend not doing arms that day. You get a rediculous pump on that bicep so much to the point it hinders your ability on some excersises and tough to get full contraction of the muscle etc...and because of the smaller sized muscle i never do more than 1 cc in one of those areas. I thought it was stupid and pointless to pin in bicep and pec but tried it out. Like I said...it turns out to be my favorite areas to go. Of course its all personal preference though. For instance a buddy of mine loves pinning traps and lats.....NO THANK YOU...any questions about pinning those spots ill be glad to give you my input to your question.
Bro I was just like you, for a long time I never wanted to try gluts. Finally got around to it and never looked back. Read what goth posted up above he's right it's the best muscle to pin in.
I agree the glute is the only place I pin. I had trouble turning around etc so I lye down on my side and do it. Makes it a lot easy when your not standing up and if you get pip in your glute then it will keep you from sitting on your ass lol jk(its pretty much painless)
ya dude, i just go through quads, delts, glutes. if you rotate all those you really shouldnt need to go into the smaller muscles. And ya Nasty has you covered on pin size.
Why not pin gluts? No pain, my favorite site to pin. Nasty's got you coverd with your pin sizes.
Nasty81NateDelts and quads I go with 1", glutes I go with 1.5". I heard you go half inch on bi's and pecs...why you pinning those, I hear there really ain't no point unless you pinning suspension.
