+ 5 Chicken madras with Italian spaghetti
5 fresh chicken fillets sliced up add to wok with table spoon of oil, garlic an chilli and seal the meat add chopped onions peppers and fresh chilli if you want it spicy once the chicken is sealed add madras spices and jar of madras sauce bring to the boil then simmer on a low heat for 15-20mins meanwhile bring a large pot of slightly salted water to the boil once boiling add your Italian spaghetti and cook to your preferred taste drain spaghetti plate up and add your chicken madras and enjoy for even extra cals mix it up with grated cheese. The total calorie count works out over 1000 cals I've been eating it every night and the scales are going up rightly I'm still not sick of it the missus made it for me one night and I'm hooked. Thought I'd share with you guys it's amazing how good the spaghetti tastes with the madras. Enjoy guys!!!

It's so hard to find something you can dig into we all no food is the most important part of our regime if all the workouts and roids in the world won't do shit for u if you can't get the cals in. I can't take all the credit the missus sorted it for me. She's blaming me for her calorie intake haha
